Stay clear of this company

I would give less than 1* if i could.
I ordered on the 6th June, still hadn't got the product by 13th June considering it says delivery is 48hrs. So I emailed them, they said sorry and would get it sorted ASAP. I checked their website and it still said it hadn't left their premises, so I asked for a refund i was told they will sort the refund out. 2 days after that the goods turned up at my house. So I emailed them again, I told them that i didn't want the goods because I was told I was getting a refund, and they needed to sort out a collection. Because its was there mistake, plus I couldn't get to the post office as I have a disability. I haven't had a reply from them, so now I have a product i don't want and no refund. I would recommend people don't bother with this company, once they have your money they don't care about anything.

Headache and vomiting

Taste is horrible, I got massive headache and throw up after just hafl of the scooop.I was refused a refund as the product is opened.

My order was delivered last week woth…

My order was delivered last week woth one of the bags inside open and coffee contents inside the packaging. I have had no response to two emails or a direct message on Instagram. I think I will be returning to Spacegoods. Give a swerve to a company that doesn't listen or respond to customer requests or concerns.

I loveeeeee vyve

I loveeeeee vyve. I was a tea drinker and needed a bit more of a caffeine hit, but didn’t want to get into coffee. Vyve is such a good alternative, it tastes amazing and I can feel the difference in my energy and productivity throughout the day. I literally recommend it to everyone 10/10

One of the best

I’ve had a great experience with this companies supplements. The product is high quality, mixes easily into drinks, and has become a regular part of my daily routine. The ordering process was simple, delivery was fast, and the customer service team was helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend vyvve to anyone.

So I ordered some of this as I'd heard…

So I ordered some of this as I'd heard people saying it's a scam company and i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt , looking like a big mistake now.

I ordered on the 10 April , sent an email 8days later as I hadn't received it and the tracking wasn't working only to be told they hadn't dispatched it
I told them I needed it urgently and they then rushed it to me 48 hour delivery

I then disheartened went back to space goods, but prefer vyve , I cancelled spacegoods And reordered from vyve , 2 ignored emails to customer service, now 3 days after I ordered it and still hasn't been despatched. It's Friday 5:30pm so won't be despatched till Monday
I hate the word scam , but seriously starting to wonder

Worse company ever . I'll go back to the more expensive spacegoods, so again they've lost a customer to the company they've been constantly slagging off , ironic

Very annoying website and attitude

I have not tried this product yet and won't as hated my experience on their website. Couldn't see pricing without some scratchcard discount rubbish that wanted my email address. Then you have to commit to a minimum of 30 days. How about a trial pack of the 3 flavours before committing. Overall feeling is of short term money grabbing. Bad feeling so not for me.

Underwhelming Results and Concerning Payment Experience

I decided to try this product as an alternative to Spacegoods, as it was advertised as containing a broader blend of ingredients. The taste was pleasant—more earthy and less like traditional coffee—but the overall effects did not compare. I did not experience the same level of sustained focus or energy that I have consistently had with Spacegoods.

In hindsight, I am actually glad I tried something different, as it gave me a clearer perspective on how effective Spacegoods has been for me. The comparison highlighted a noticeable difference in performance.

I went on to place a repeat order, but did not receive any email confirmation or update. When I checked my account, the order was marked as “Payment Failed,” which was unexpected as I pay via PayPal and had received no notification or payment request through my PayPal account.

I followed the link provided to update my payment method. The options available were card payment or other digital methods. Although my PayPal email address appeared, it still required full card details to proceed, which is not in line with my usual experience of using PayPal, where card details are not shared directly.

As a result, I did not feel comfortable continuing and have contacted the company for clarification. I have since returned to Spacegoods.

For transparency, no payment request was ever made through my PayPal account, so the payment had not in fact “failed.”

Overall, based on both the product performance and the payment experience, I did not find this product to be particularly effective or reassuring. In comparison, Spacegoods remains the stronger and more reliable option for me.

AVOID!
Worst company i have ever bought from, customer service is non-existant and lies about their 30 day risk free trial. TOTAL SCAM.
Tastes awful and didn’t work. Fair enough, i know their advertised refund covered an unsatisfactory experience with the product. I emailed on an address found on one of their emails, no response. I messaged on instagram and I politely asked for the 30 day money back they had promised everywhere, they refused. I sent screenshots of the promise on their website and they said they would get back to me about it. I asked a few days later what were they going to do and i was ignored. I put comments up on their posts warning others of my experience and they blocked me. No refund, no apology.
