This was amazing! Interactive game tables for the kids to play with. Enjoyable food for everyone of all ages and most importantly it’s delicious!

The customer service is excellent, the food is excellent, the ambience is excellent. This diner was a great find for me and my family and would must definitely go back again and most definitely recommend, I rarely do reviews but credit where credit is due. Thank you to all the staff and especially The Boss. Think I will stop now.

Went here recently. Food was very below par. they might have a 5 star hygiene rating which is actually standard for most businesses in Merton borough. But the food was not appetising. It reminded me of dog food almost. Not to be disrespectful. DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE! WASTE OF MONEY.

We have a son who has many food allergies and usually can't attend most restaurants cafes etc so we were amazed that upon phoning that they could cater for him . The member of staff we spoke to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all they have and can provide for him . They were also very patient in answering questions which made me feel very comfortable so I went ahead with booking. Upon reaching we were greeted and asked "who was the child with allergies" My 7 year old was made to feel very happy that he could be catered for . I gave the chef a sheet with all his allergies and she proceeded to make his meal. The smile on my son's face when he received it said it all which made me so happy (I actually teared up) . So I would highly recommend Waffle Jacks if you have children with allergies because my son has 7 major allergies and was able to have a meal plus waffles and fruit. What a amazingly friendly family run business !! I'm so happy to have found somewhere I can treat my son to .

I took my daughter here with family for a 13th birthday. Let me just start by saying how small the place is and how deceiving the pictures are. It has 4 booths that sit 6 people at each booth (very squashed) and a few 2 stool, coffee shop style round high tables. The pictures make the venue look big and bright and airy, this is not so. The place is not very clean at all. It more resembles a greasy take away wnd is in need of freshening up dramatically. It boasts interactive tables as a feature but in fact there are only 2 tables that have this feature. We love American food and have actually visited New York and enjoyed much of the food and service so was very dissapointed with this place on so many levels. This Venue was below standard, the food was even more below standard and when I told the manager I was unhappy with all 5 meals that we had ordered and not eaten, the customer services couldn’t be any more below standard. I paid £56 from the £75 bill after debating the quality of the food for 15 minutes and am only sorry I didn’t take pictures. Off to five guys we went as everyone was still starving. Waffle Jacks is not good American food!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

We had a family meal out for my daughter’s birthday, the kids loved the interactive table to play games and keep them amused. There was a big menu to choose from, and we all really enjoyed our food. The waffles for dessert were fantastic! Staff were lovely and sang happy birthday to my daughter. Highly recommend
