Ordered gift for a new home in November. Never received. Numerous emails unanswered.

Ordered "in time for Christmas" took my money, no sign of my order and have ignored my numerous attempts to contact them

Scammers no.response to calls emails etc referring to my bank

Item not received, sent multiple emails. Wish I had seen the reviews before i ordered.

I ordered a framed canvas for £229.00. It never arrived.
I emailed them 10 times with my order number and contact details and never got a response.
I rang them 10 times and never managed to speak to anyone.
I contacted them via social media and never got a response.
I have contacted my bank to intervene and pursue them for a refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. ITS A SCAM

Ordered a large print canvas, was a long wait but it was over Christmas and new year so sort of understandable, did check on reviews after waiting a while and the reviews aren’t great but the print arrived today and we’re super stoked with it

Ordered canvas and like many others not had it delivered and no response to emails or calls. Utter disgrace. Avoid this company.

They are a real scam, they take your money and there is no sign at all of delivery. There is also no response to any form of query you send to them …..Avoid completely….

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Appalling. Take your money, don’t deliver order. Have tried contacting via email, phone, messenger, LinkedIn - not a single response and line always busy.

As with all other reviews here, ordered in time for Christmas delivery as dictated by the banner on the website, nothing arrived. Ignored email and telephone comms enquiring as to where delivery is. Now raised a claim with my credit card. Highly dubious practices at play here. Fraudulent company in my opinion, backed by weight of reviews here.

Ordered 3 canvas pictures and was really impressed with them so ordered another one. All received in perfect condition. Prices were really good as well.

Ordered product never arrived, I sending emails, no answer, no refund. Avoid this company. Very disappointed.

As per the other reviews, I have had no contact from this firm, my paintings have not arrived ... stay clear ... I believe this is a fraud and I will contact trading services.

Have contacted so many times about my order / no reply’s no phone number where you can talk to someone !! Still waiting my order to arrive but dought this will happen will now contact trading services !!!

I ordered 2 wallarts as a Christmas present December 8th 2024,, I have sent emails, rang contact number constantly engaged, contacted via 3 different social media’s no reply at all, I am absolutely furious ! Customer service is poor and disgusting they take money from customers and don’t process orders I would never recommend anyone purchasing from this company I’m not sure if it exists !

Like many others here, the company appears fraudulent - order and payment taken, not delivered then no response to emails chasing. Will be reporting to trading standards.

Can anyone tell me if my order will actually arrive? Ordered for a Christmas gift back in November and still no sign of it. Last update was 10th December saying it had to be returned to sender due to an error. I can no longer track the item either. Extremely disappointed as the site seemed legit but wish I had seen the reviews first. I emailed 3 times and no reply and the sites live chat is non-existent. My advice is AVOID this site!

Avoid.
Ordered and paid, but the product was never delivered and communication went nowhere.

I had to recover the money via my credit card provider.

Even after this, the company continues to send marketing emails and “discount” offers.

Would not trust or recommend.
