Driver was excellent, safe and professional. Was exactly on time and called as we were in baggage reclaim. Greeted us as we exited. Very smooth service.

Efficient service

Meeting up wasn't easy
Vehicle, driver, route all fine - can't blame Norman for the airport and traffic delays BUT much clearer agreement/guidance on a meeting place should be given, we wasted time/effort sorting that out. T5 LHR has designated meeting points which should be used to avoid this in future.

Very prompt and courteous service
Very prompt and courteous service. The car came before the booked time and the driver helped to load our luggage, carefully & nicely arranging it. The driving was very safe and in the speed limit. He even reminded us things which we could forget while going to an airport. Very valuable advice from an experienced driver! We arrived at airport on time and the driver helped to unload all our luggage. The charges were also reasonable. Highly recommend.

Pick up from Gatwick South
Apart from confusion and delay in pick up journey home was good. Driver used M23 and back roads as there was little tràffic
