Love this mural so much! It’s prettier in real life. More hazy and warm. Glad I got a few different samples to try out first to see if the colours went with my living room. And also to see how my wall would take the peel & stick. Worked out perfectly. I installed it all on my own and it was my first time ever doing something like this (!) The peel & stick made it easy to take a panel off and put it back on when I made a mistake. For the few bubbles I had, I just used a needle and pierced a tiny hole. All in all, great experience. I love this company!

There were so many great designs to choose from with this company but we opted for the abstract meadow design. My husband has to have the credit for most of the work putting the wall design up but I helped him and I think you do need 2 people for a large wall. The finished result is great though and I would buy again.

The colours and flowers in this mural are fantastic. I needed to contact customer services and they were super helpful too. I’m so pleased with the overall look, thank you.

I ordered samples from this company under the assumption that they paid tariffs, so was surprised that UPS tried to charge me tariff charges equal to the price of the samples. I rejected the delivery and reached out to customer service, who assured me they would resolve with UPS. However, I just received a collections notice today on behalf of UPS for the $50 tariff charges. And this was all over samples.

The ease of ordering the item, the packaging and printing times together with the high end materials used.

Great quality paper, and instructions to use premixed paste and roller to the wall. And, love the design.

Extremely disappointed with my experience.

We ordered a wallpaper mural and carefully positioned the design using the “preview and buy” feature, assuming (reasonably) that what we saw is what we would receive. That is not the case. The company adds an extra 2 inches of overhang, which ends up cutting off key parts of the image. In our case, important elements like flowers, a tree, and part of a building are missing. The final product looks noticeably different from what was previewed.

Yes, the overhang is mentioned; but nowhere does it clearly explain that it will significantly alter the actual design or that the preview is not an accurate representation of the final result. That feels misleading.

On top of that, customer service has been frustrating to deal with. Response times are slow, and the replies don’t really address the core issue—they just repeat policy instead of acknowledging the problem.

Overall, the product does not match what was advertised, and the support experience has been poor. I would not recommend ordering unless you’re okay with your design being altered from what you selected.

Yesterday we finally installed our wallpaper, and the result is simply breathtaking. We absolutely love it! It has completely transformed the room and looks even better than we imagined.
