I have ordered three items from here and all arrived within a week through royalmail.
I am very disappointed with the jacket as it has been cut and stitched wrong so looks like my bottom has wings!! Both cardigans are shown with pockets, however neither of mine have any. I went one size bigger as per other reviews. I would say for cardigans yes but jackets are definitely true to size so now mine is too big.

Delivery was delayed weeks due to a strike & then delayed further due to custom charge at Irish Port. I wasn’t aware of the extra charge even though it was pointed out it’s on their website it’s not something I’d go looking for. It should be mentioned at the checkout and the purchaser can decide then wether to proceed or not.

I love the designs, but am disappointed in the quality of the material in relation to the pricing. Very thin and flimsy !

Avoid at all costs. Poor communication, hidden charges. Shipping times are colossal and even when it arrives its a complete disappointment. The quality of the garment is of the lowest I have seen. Primark has better garments than this company, quality of the print is very low and sizes are way off.

Ive ordered 2 beautiful coats from here, both took roughly 8 or 9 days, i love them, im in dublin and dont mind paying customs🙄😊, just be careful of sizing, read reviews on the item first. They seem spot on with sizing but depends on the coat,i am a size 14 and a large is always perfect, great quality and yes very trendy 🙌

Absolutely shocking, sizing of the clothing must be 2 sizes out! (Small) Ordered a xL-xxL even though I'm only a L and it was too tight, too short, badly made no give and expensive!

To send items back you have to pay delivery AND they take a 3.50 handling fee!?!

What are they actually paid for then? Wouldn't use this site ever again it's cheap stuff, badly made & wrongly sized sold at top prices with hidden fees for returning! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered a cardigan £25.90 (order number 1102750) delivered to Ireland . The top still hasn’t arrived and received a letter from An Post today looking for €10.39 customs to be paid for this item !!!
Now just another bit of salt in the wound .. the cardigan is now reduced to £19.99 on the web site!!
If you are from Ireland DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Website was so easy to use delivery was fast overall a 5* experience

Bought 1 item for £19.99 + £5 delivery and then €10 customs fee.... Was purchased as a present so had to pay customs release. Definitely not worth it. Other UK websites wave customs fees on their side. Won't be using again.

Returned item still awaiting refund

PS I chased & had to prove return by copying my post office receipt. I sent this twice and now have this reply via Trust Pilot today?Not a good experIence.

Having previously ordered before I placed an order on 20th October for multiple items including a jumper that was intended as a gift. Contacted them on 3rd November as there was no sign.They informed me that my package was being sent back. A few days later I received a refund but no explanation on why I never received my package or why it was sent back despite ordering from them before. Extremely disappointing

I bought a jumper and a dress, the dress was in the sale for £5 and I’m not usually a person to wear or buy dresses but this one really caught my eye, arrived really quickly, upon opening the dress was too big and was barely held together it looked more like a cardigan than a dress so I just thought I’d return it and get a refund however there’s a clause stating that they take money off for a handling fee if you return it, so I’d end up paying more to return it than the dress cost on the first place

Great selection and a very good price. I had an issue with one item and they resolved it with ease.

Bought 3 Items .. 28.72 Euro customs tax.. Definitely not worth ordering again.. All other English sites have this sorted where you don't pay tax.. Won't be ordering again

Nothing like the picture on the website, shows white check inside the jacket and it’s more grey/mucky white, cheap material that you’d get on a market. Not happy with this company at all!! Doesn't deserve 1 star

Very bad customer service. Ordered a dress. Received email saying it was dispatched. Waited a week to receive dress. On the day it was to be delivered, I got an email saying it was refunded. When I emailed them, the customer service was very poor. Very hard company to deal with. Habe since read similar reviews and the quality of dresses are supposed to be very cheap so probably good they never bothered sending it. Your reply was about a different order. If you actually read my review its about my order in July that you never sent. I didn't mention emails or customs in my review. Thanks for the incorrect reply though 🤣

Fantastic, love my oversized hoodie. It goes down past my knees, it’s so cosy.
