very quick delivery - good product. Packaged securely. Feet fit on very easily and securely. no email from fedex giving delivery timing or tracking information- not fault of warm 4 less but would have been helpful. Fed ex did put card through door - unusual these days so was able to pick up from neighbour.

Helpful via chat when I had questions before I bought and also after ordering regarding delivery.

I love my ceiling heaters. I have one over a bath and another over my desk. With electricity is so expensive that you really can’t heat your flat properly, these directed local heaters are a great answer. Two shades of light all controlled by a remote wireless switch - absolutely brilliant.

Excellent product - looks great and heats up very quickly. Would recommend.

I had a query with using the SmartLife app and called the company on a Friday afternoon. I wasn’t really expecting much of an answer (Friday PM just before 5 o’clock!)! but was wrong! My call was dealt with very professionally by Shannon, issue resolved and I was very impressed to get that quality of help late on a Friday afternoon. These days I think it is fair to say a lot of businesses don’t offer that level of customer service. Well done Warm4less….

Ethan was friendly and helped me quickly to solve my problem. However, the printed instructions were not clear to me, and I would recommend a review of them to ensure hassle-free setting up and operation of the panels using the remote control.

After being recommended by our local electrician I ordered two infra-red panels. They arrived on time and in perfect condition. Both are now fitted and working in our church and performing well.
The electrician had no problems fitting and was all done in a few hours.
I had ordered wheels for one of the units, but it turned out we did not require so returned for a refund without issue.
Would strongly recommend the units look good and work brilliantly.

Delivered with items missing, not working, not as described.

We have used infrared heating panels for a number of years now and by chance, came across this company’s Fireplace Infrared Heater with Wi-Fi and thought it would be perfect for our living room area. As we have used infrared in the past, we needed no convincing as to how good these panels are, and this type of heating is, but were intrigued by the idea of the ‘flickering light effect on this fire. In the past, we have occasionally used a freestanding panel in the winter months to add extra warmth to the room, but this fire meant that we could attach it securely to the wall and use it just as we would a normal fire.
We made the order for the1300w Ember fireplace model, and it was delivered promptly two days later. We opened the parcel up and then checked and tested the fire before mounting it on the wall.
The Fire has a small touch control panel on its right-hand side which you can use to set it up. A little fiddly at first, but we eventually got there. We use the ‘Smart Life’ App to control a lot of the other Wi-Fi plugs and devices in our home, so used that to connect the fire. Through that, you can switch the fire on and off, set the temperature and also add timers. Once that was done, we were then able to find it with our Alexa, so we can now operate the fire by voice command too.
It gives out a great heat, and you will always know when it is on because of the flickering light effect. It is not meant to represent a realistic flame; however, it is purely decorative but can also be used independently of the heating to provide some mood lighting in the room. We are very pleased with the look and performance of the fire and hope that we will not need the use of the ten-year warranty that they give you.
