Great service and the watch is far better than described they also helped with an extra link I needed as i have a large wrist, shipped quickly and very well packaged. Very professional paperwork. Would highly recommend trying this company.

Despite sending photos of the watch and answering all questions that were asked of me, Watches of Sutton will find 1001 reasons and excuses to reduce the value of your watch to the extent it is worth nothing so they can sell it on at a hefty profit.

My Panerai GMT (complete with box and all papers) is worth an average of £4400. Watches of Sutton offered me £2600 and then came up with a multitude of excuses to try to reduce the valuation even further. One example was to say that they needed to reduce it even further as the watch did not come with a screwdriver.

I do not accept for one minute that it costs £1800 for a replacement watch strap and buckle!

Trying to obtain a definitive valuation from them was impossible as they wanted to keep the door open to keep reducing the amount. Dealing with them is like trying to herd cats.

They will start at a rock bottom price and then find every reason under the sun to lower it even more.

I will not be caught up by their shady practices and will sell elsewhere.

I am sure Watches of Sutton will try to justify their actions with spurious false claims. I was not rude. I simply highlighted that I found the way they did business was very unprofessional. They did not like that.
