Received an order confirmation and…
Received an order confirmation and later a order is ready for pickup email. Drove out to the store (25ish miles away) later on that day and they said the paperwork wasn't complete and therefore, I couldn't get the watch. I had to make another trip out there. When getting a watch in the future, it won't be from WOS.

Great watch buying experience
I had another great watch buying experience with Watches of Switzerland. I originally bought a Tissot PR 100; but when I received it I realized that I preferred the Tissot PRX or Gentlemen much more. Shilo and team made the exchange very easy. I do appreciate the level of sales support of Watches of Switzerland and am already planning on my next watch purchase from them.

Delivery options limited
Fedex delivery person left the expensive package in front of my apartment without my signature. You should at least offer customers to pick up packages at the nearest FedEx office.

A great experience
I dealt with Stan, he was great. He walked me through some issues with Canadians buying Phillip Patek and Rolex. The selection was great, I even got to see some of the second hand watches they had in a back room. I can highly recommend both Stan and the selection at Watches of Switzerland.
