Contacted water plus online, weeks later they called when I was out of office, I contacted again & this time about a week later I received a call by water plus representative who agreed that the amount isn't correct & agreed to look into the matter, he also said they had issues with agent misleading customers.
He called back to say his supervisor needs to be involved & asked if I would like to call or have the supervisor call me.... it's over 3 weeks ago.... still waiting ... still paying.I feel I have been mislead by agent & let down by water plus. Avoid this company !!

Mandy absolutely got what I required for a fix to the exhorbidant charges we have been subjected to as a trust. The fix was perfect and we now have the correct water contract set up.
My call was answered quickly, and Paula was professional, friendly and very helpful. My query was responded to promptly and I received the required form within a few minutes of ending my call.

The first contact i had from water plus was 3 months after signing a contract, and 3 days after the contract had started. I thought they had forgotten of my existence.
Suddenly they want passwords, and giving me information that I should have made some time ago.
Not a good start to a new venture.

Her product knowledge was excellent, and she was quick to identify solutions and bring matters to a resolution. I was genuinely pleased to have been connected with her, as she managed to accomplish in half the time what others might typically take much longer to complete.
Overall, a highly positive experience and a true credit to the teammate like Rachel.

Jack contacted me very quickly to deal with our complaint. He explained the process and what he had done so far. He was very professional but pleasant to deal with. He gave me indications of time frames that the complaint would be dealt within and these were kept to. He clearly communicated the outcome by email, he had tried to phone but we were unable to take the call. The email explained the decision and what would happen next - great, clear communication. The complaint was dealt with swiftly, fairly and in a very rationale way. I also want to mention Dawn, our first point of contact with Water Plus. She was very informative, explained the complaints process and what we needed to do to register the complaint and what we needed to include in our email. She was extremely helpful, which was very much appreciated.
