I ordered a item they wrong item…
I ordered a item they wrong item arrived & they wouldnt send the order i paid for until they collected the item delivered in error we are talking about a value of approx 20euro 🤔

We’re sorry you were disappointed with your experience. Unfortunately, the incorrect item was sent in error, and once this was brought to our attention, we arranged for the item to be collected and the correct item to be sent out.
As the incorrect item was already with you, we needed to have this returned before completing the replacement. We appreciate that this may have been frustrating, particularly for an order of relatively low value, but this was simply to ensure the original order was corrected properly.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback.
