I placed an order, but changed my mind after reading bad reviews I rang them and sent loads of emails trying to cancel, but no response so I now feel like I have been conned it's not a nice feeling and it's money I can't afford to be conned out of

No matter how hard I draw on it I get absolutely zero mist/vape. Very disappointing. They did contact me by telephone and will be issuing a full refund.

Yous should not be in business with Royal Mail they are an absolute joke. Completely tarnishes the product for me, you can’t rely on it being here when you need it

It's always burning the pods every time I charge it up .I leave it for more than half hour once I have charged it before putting in the pods but it stills burns I've given up buying anymore

As usual you have always been 1st class.
Unfortunately it is the delivery DPD who let it down. Paying for next day delivery they DPD do not adhere to their end of the delivery so waiting extra day. I completely understand it is not your fault.

I'm surprised how much I like the vape. I get a slight kick at the back of my throat which is one of the reasons why I find it hard to quit smoking. I'm very pleased with the flavours and will keep using. Also Duncan was super helpful today when calling the customer service line.

very pleased I found Nonica, great service and fast delivery with Royal Mail in the uk. not many flavours in the range but they all taste amazing and hopefully more flavours will be added soon. personally I am waiting for a strawberry flavour but until then they do an amazing flavour named blush which tastes like a pink lemonade. I highly recommend to anyone that wishes to quit nicotine , since I started Nonica I haven't touched nicotine products once and am now 3 months tobacco and Nic vape free.

Very happy with the product. No nicotine and gives me satisfaction that I am smoking something. Nonica is very good quality device, charged fast and I can use it again. All flavours are unique and I like them.

Am finding it pretty good and it arrived within 48 hours of ordering it.
Im on a full day 1 now, bought it because I want to stop smoking n really dont like the replacement nicotine products and vapes make me cough my guts up. Finding this very helpful in cutting down. Instead of having my morning fag, I used the nonica. Am trying to use it and cut down slowly on my fags. It doesn make me cough like a vape and its very smooth. Im on the mint 1 at the moment. Its a great size. Would recommend at the moment. If that changes I will write another review

Have been enjoying Nonica for a few months now, great product, fast shipping. My device developed a fault and started over firing, but one message to customer services and Duncan had arranged to get a new one out next day! Superb customer services.

This is really really effective and has somehow stopped me vaping within the week. Essentially buy this, support the nicotine addiction with some gum. Occasionally you'll have a vape and it feels just like the usual vapes and very convincing but your brain thinks 'I dont need this' and you just lose the cravings. The gum is then reduced by slowly swapping it with normal chewing gum and you're off nicotine and vapes without it being painful.

That's the best way I can describe it. It's entirely convincing as a vape but somehow your brain just realises there's no need to vape.

Recommended. The other devices don't really work convincingly.
