I had a very disappointing experience ordering contact lenses from this company.

I initially chose them because their prices appeared to be the most affordable, but after unexpected additional charges, that was no longer the case. I provided my prescription, only to be told it had expired. I was then advised to complete an online eye test, which I paid for.

After following up on my order, I was told again that I needed to take the online test but this time the contact lense online test, resulting in a second charge of $16.49. To make matters worse, I was later informed that my original prescription did not specify contact lenses, meaning my order could not be processed at all.

After waiting an entire month with no resolution, I ultimately had to cancel my order. The whole process was frustrating, time-consuming, and poorly communicated.

Ordering contacts was relatively easy and they were delivered quickly. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is that now that I ordered a years supply, they are offering me a discount through the rewards program, which is pretty much worthless since I just paid about $1000 for the year already and don't need more. They should have just offered a coupon up front.

Easy experience navigating the website and purchasing what I needed. Competitive prices. Good email notifications to keep me informed of the product delivery progress. Customer support for my inquiry was timely. Package arrived early and in good condition. Thank you!

Quick and easy to use!

There was an issue with my original order but they corrected it promptly.

I was searching for a cheaper option for contact lenses than what I had, I googled and found WebEyeCare. The price was half the price I am accustomed to paying. Furthermore, it was shipped to me quickly. This is my new and cheaper option now.

I checked many websites and WebEyeCare was the most affordable option! I am very thankful I found them! Shipping was fast and loading prescription was super easy!

My eye care provider was three times the amount for the same number of contacts. That’s crazy, so I told them you already have enough of my money let someone else have some(not really,but). Webeyecare had the lowest price I could find. Said it would take about 5 to 7 business days, that’s fine, it only took 4. That’s it, that’s my review.

I normally buy my contact lenses at Costco but thought I would check these guys out. They came in $50 less for a 1-year supply and made the process easy. Just uploaded a photo of my prescription and they arrived 4 days later. Couldn't be happier!

After checking around on prices, there was no comparison. I ordered and had my contacts within a couple of days. Very impressed and have been for over 14 years as a customer.

I placed my order, provided a copy of my RX & was advised it would take like 14 days to receive. However, to my very happy surprise I received then in about 5 day. The contacts were just as ordered on my rx & are awesome product. Great quality, Great Speedy Service.
