I had Neck Surgery a year ago May 27th. 2022. With Dr. Michael D. Basin and Tyler Waldren. My recovery was really very cut and dry. They replaced 3 discs which were compressing on my spinal cord so it had to be done asap. Afterwards the tingling and pain I had been having down my right arm, was all gone. They are excellent at what they do and I highly recommend them. It's now a year later and I'm as food as new. I'm a 66 yr old woman with good health but have some arthritis but take very little of Ibuprofen only when when needed. I hope if you have any kind of neck pain you see them. Thank you.

The office staff at this practice is terrible. When trying to schedule a surgical procedure, we waited 3 days. The scheduler was "not at her desk". We were told there were 'phone system' problems that prevented us from leaving a message for the scheduler. What? Later, someone told us the scheduler was on vacation. That is unacceptable in a professional practice to fail 'covering' someone who is on vacation. After 5 phone calls, we were successful in getting the procedure booked.

Post-op, the patient was in significant pain from a stent placed in his ureter. The patient called for a refill on the pain meds, due to significant discomfort. He called three times in one day. Was promised a call-back that never came. It is unacceptable to have to beg for attention, post-op due to significant discomfort from surgery.

As his caregiver, the lack of responsiveness from those at this practice is shameful.

We found the physician to be extremely knowledgable and professional -- but his office team is pathetic.

I'm submitting this on behalf of the patient, as his caregiver.

Our son spent a week at West Florida hospital recently. This ordinarily would not have been my first pick of medical facilities in town. However, was I ever wrong! Our experience far exceeded our expectations. The nursing staff was absolutely amazing. They were very compassionate, caring and professional. Dr. Stokes is a rock star
who our family would follow anywhere. Overall this was a 5 star experience! Highly recommended.

Dr. Kenneth Bramiett was an excellent surgeon
He was honest about everything concerning the surgery preformed

Dr Ken Bramlett Orthopedic Surgeon replaced my hip. He changed my life. I couldnt walk and now I am back to doing almost anything I want to do. He was caring and professional. I will forever turn to him if I ever have any kind of orthopedic needs.

astonishing misinformation which is easily debunked. there is ZERO peer reviewed evidence to support the claim. THC (the active drug in marijuana) has no physiologically addictive properties.
it’s like saying 1 in 10 people who drink coffee will be addicted to caffeine. anything can be psychologically addictive; sex, coffee, tv and yes, marijuana. but for this stupid american scaremongering website to be dishing out nonsense (mostly to americans) probably explains how americans also got hooked on christianity.

12 years ago Dr Sider diagnosed and helped my son heal from two broken collar bones. And today, I return to him for a foot injury.

There is no one I would go to or recommend more than him. Dr. Sider and his friendly office staff welcomed me as soon as I entered the door. The professionalism as well as the care was what I remembered from long ago. Thankfully nothing has changed.

When you get hurt during the holiday season, you don't expect many to be around or many to care but, this is furthest from the truth when visiting Dr. Sider’s office. My care was the center of discussion and the need to make me
"whole" so I could host Christmas Eve was the focus. I felt that everyone from the office staff, physical therapists, and Dr. Sider, himself worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose and heal my foot from the unfortunate fall done at home.

Aside from the care, the ability to be seen on the same day I called was unexpected but very much appreciated. Today, I am on the mend and forever grateful for the care! I cannot thank you enough.

What went wrong was they would not listen to me, the customer; consequently, they caused me to try to get some, however little, satisfaction. LASERAWAY in Woodlandhills and Sherman Oaks. Great ladies at the door, however, ignorant and despicable corporate suits who continue to get away with murder.I am still spending more time than I would care to try to resolve this predicament, but I believe people off the streets should take warning from my experience.
Within 15 minutes, I had wasted over $1,000.00. I was told that the lady (nurse) who gave me my treatment was an expert.
She refused to alter her method no matter how often I disagreed with her regarding where she was injecting the filler. She placed the needle each time in my cheekbones, avoiding the area with deep lines on my cheeks.
I notice the managers are more than eager to thank the patrons here on yelp who praise their nurses, but I have not heard a single word except a written note from Corporate informing me they had no intentions of giving me any form of compromise.
I feel I must make a stand and show that I will not be quiet. Older folk are seeing more and more examples of a reverse of the old saying that the customer is always right.
The salon took photos before but not after. The reason being! I look exactly the same.

Dr. Chris Grazen is a fantastic chiropractor! My daughters and I have been seeing him for 10+ years. He is readily available and gets you an appointment either same day or next day. We not only see him due to an injury but also for monthly maintenance. He is kind and compassionate and wonderful at what he does. We highly recommend him!

Aggressive rude phone salesman.

My family found Dr Parker absolutely fantastic, informative, helpful and very kind when diagnosing our daughter with ADD.
He has been so attentive and easy to ask ongoing questions regarding ways to deal with and help her.

This website is totally bogus. The sales person promised that I will get bookings through WebMD, but he was lying, not a single booking or call through this website. Don't listen to their lying sales people, none of what they said came true. The sales person told me, "there were 28,000 searches for providers of your specialty in your area" and none of this is true.

Dr. Neil Kocker the urologist with Premier Medical in Poughkeepsie, NY was very unprofessional during my first consult with him. My friend came as support and he became visibly annoyed when she asked questions regarding the procedure he recommended. His demeanor was dismissive, arrogant, and defensive. He made comments that were very unprofessional. When receiving the topical that I requested for pain when applying it he said, "Here I go applying the placebo." When my friend asked if she was in his way, he said, "Only if you don't want to look at her vagina." When I asked why I was hurting after the procedure and if it was typical, his reponse was " I did the same procedure on 20 other women and they didn't have any problem." He only seemed concerned when his ego was involved. He requires sensitivity training and probably should not be working with women as he acts like a 1950's man.

Dr. Randall Barre, of Plexus, Kershaw, SC, is an obnoxious, arrogant, (censored) unprofessional!!!!! After a lengthy, disrespectful wait, he arrived in my room and yelled at me, in front of several staff members. This unprofessional intimidation tactic is rude, unacceptable, and will not be tolerated! I will ask the city and state to revoke his licenses. No patient should have a doctor get in their face because the doctor thinks patients don't deserve on-time appointments! I gave Lancaster a Plexus a, great, 5-star rating. Kershaw and barre deserve a MINUS-50 STAR REVIEW!!!

Dr. Tuttle and his surgical team are the best! After seeing several other care providers who failed to treat me, Dr. Tuttle took me under his care. He gave me the proper diagnosis and tests with immediate results and necessary surgery. I am forever grateful to him!

WebMD edited my review of a recent experience I had at a doctor's office. This physician's behavior should have been exposed exactly as it happened. WebMD chopped my short, articulate review into something which does not reflect my true experience!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pan's for 5 years.
I have always found her to be informative and caring.
Her staff is very friendly and makes every patient feel special

My company hired WebMD for marketing services on two different occasions both times they lied about the leads they were sending to us. We called a few leads and they asked how did you even get my information. WebMDs marketing department are liars and garbage at what they do. Bad business.
