Why I won't switch
WebWiz has hosted our websites for a number of years, and whereas before it was nothing but time-consuming problems, since moving to WebWiz, I've been able to concentrate on getting on with running a business. There are always gremlins raising their ugly heads in internet land, but nothing WebWiz cannot fix. Support is second to none. I would be completely lost trying to fix the issues due to the pile of security "patches" released on what seems to be a daily basis, but the answers and solutions are only a support ticket away. But it's not just that, it's about having a real human being who understands human questions at the other end.

Excellent customer service!
Whenever I’ve had a problem, as soon as I raise a ticket - it is resolved almost immediately. It really is most unusual to receive such excellent customer service.

Fantastic. I needed to change my tier of service as I was no longer reselling hosting space. Webwiz sorted out a new tier and provided new billing all in about 30 minutes. Excellent service well above and beyond. Thank you.

Web Wiz excel in web hosting services as well as support for all their clients. The team at Web Wiz are very knowledgeable, friendly and because of their infrastructure issues (if any) are minimal. Best UK hosting company and would always be happy to recommend them to all our clients.

A trusted member of our forum was…
A trusted member of our forum was removed as moderator. As a former administrator he used the pass code to take over the forum that I finance. It was very upsetting. Ready to cancel years of contributions, since 2015!
Bruce and Web Wiz have ALWAYS been quick to respond to any trouble but I didn't think solving this problem would be possible. In just a short time Bruce managed to roll back everything to before the problem started and returned security to forum. He was fast and brilliant! I'm a very happy customer!
Great knowing that security is just an email away, applause and many thanks!

10 Years, 5 Stars and still getting better
I have been working with Bruce and Web Wiz for over 10 years and his support has always been 5 stars plus. Very knowledgeable, fast response, quick resolutions to any issues, great value and I never have to worry about security as this is at the top of his list of priorities. Recommend to anyone.
