I wish I had found your site prior to purchasing 4 x Meos 12" DVD Players with Freeview from WeDoDigital. Within a few weeks 1 of the units failed, to give them their due they replaced it without any problem. Just over a year later, Out of Warranty, 3 of the Units failed, 2 had the Inverter Boards Gone & 1 had the Video Board Gone. I Tried & tried to get to speak to their Service Dept & had to go through a 4 x way email Conversation everytime I asked a question. Eventually they agreed to send us the Boards for £60 & if they weren't OK we could send them back & have a full refund. I wanted their Service Dept to speak to my Engineer which they refused. So reluctantly I sent the £60. When the Boards arrived they were damaged on arrival, not cracked but the Components had blown. I contacted them but to no avail, I wrote emails & received no answer. My Engineer said in 30 years of repairing Electronic Equipment he had Never seen such 'Crap' as the MEOS Units. I would not recommend WeDoDigital to anyone as their After Sales Dept is Non-Existant!!!!!

Bought a tv from them. Wouldn't work with our aerial which is fine for our normal tv. Told them by email within 7 days; they offered it could be tested by them so we returned it. They then sent it back saying it was ok. The actual product was very old technology and had 2000 on it too, but really it wouldn't work for us so we didn't want it. It took about 2 months and threats to get them to allow us to send it back to them for a refund, then they said it hadn't arrived, but luckily we had got a signature. Finally we got a refund after about 3 months. AVOID this company. terrible product and dishonest customer service; have only used John Lewis since!

Bought a Meos TV/DVD player the unit started to fail intermittently after 3 months finally stopping working after 8 months, returned the unit which they lost, I had to contact them daily by email which was not getting anywhere until I threaten them with legal action. Finally got a replacement new unit 14 weeks later. The new unit is now faulty after 14 weeks, but as it now out of warranty they don't want to know.
I wish I hadn't found them on the internet.
