Never in all my life have I been treated with disrespect by Tracy my dog was tied up for a secvwhilst I got medicine yes he barks cause he loves me I'm looking after a dimentia patient you have no right to say about my dog ...when he's looked after ill tell you what you think your stressed sort your staff out ill be changing chemists after all thease years you all used to be really nice but i canthelp your staff situation do not mention my dog ever again ...you should be more carefull as you don't know situation of some one

I went with my daughter to pick up her medicines. I suffer from cptsd and small closed spaces are a real trigger for me so I was really in a rush to get out of there but waited without complaining for more then 10 min to have them brought. The young "lady" who brought them saw me in a rush to answer her questions and asked me ironical with a smirk on her face " Are you in a hurry?" I said "Yes". She immediately threw the medication on the counter, turn around and walking beck said " Then you figure it out how to take them! Bye! " waiving at me again ironical. I was shocked by her behaviour but too in a hurry to get out of there as soon as possible to even have time to say anything. It's the most disgusting behaviour I ever had to deal with especially from a member of staff that deals with vulnerable people daily. I presume she has a high position at that pharmacy and it's frightening to think that someone with such morals can have a job in a Pharmacy.

World pharmacies member of staff racially abused me calling me a white b I am a pensioner and complain to the police immediately the Asian gentleman was eventually arrested and taken to the police station I explained to head office of well pharmacy what had happened and they sent somebody round to the store adjoining a doctor surgery and low and behold the CCTV wasn't working for that hour they haven't even apologized to me and I believe the gentleman should never for being working at WELL pharmacy because he had a criminal record .
This company should be closed down or at least struck off the NHS employment list they didn't even have the decency to apologize to me they just try to cover it up allegedly watch out for my Vans going around Lancashire explaining what happened as they will be signed written and a petition to close this company down

Excellent service and no problem with the ordering

The UK people locator form requires you to add your unique reference ref number, This number is not clear on the box and I had to contact the customer service while on holiday to ask where I could find it. Apparently it is the last seven numbers plus WELLHP proceeding for it to be the unique personnel ref number. Had I know this I could have saved 3hrs trying to complete the people locator form.
