As a Stockport County fan, I didn't enjoy the football at the Vertu Trophy final yesterday, but I was really impressed with the Wembley team. 'Spotters' were at Wembley Park station, looking out for p... Ver mais

Ticketing Office
Despite sending numerous emails and questions via the Web based forms, I have still had no update as to when I will receive Blur tickets paid for and receipt dating back to last year the event is tomorrow 🤷♂️
Had no no response regarding ticket nor received any despite friends receiving there's 5 days prior to the event.
I was told over a month ago my contact details were in good order and the I would receive tickets closer to the event.
Very disappointed! But can't say im surprised having read some of the other reviews.
Over 40% are poor🤷♂️
Def Leopard and Motley Crue
Went to see motley crue and Def lepard with my son and granddaughter. Special thanks to Charmaine for getting us better seats. Brilliant night, thank you.
Missed most of the first act
Missed most of the first act, Motley Crue, because Ticketmaster failed to send our tickets. Got mobile ticket replacements, last minute, but the bar codes didn't work. Wasted a lot time sorting our tickets out. The sound quality on Row 5, was terrible. The band couldn't be heard, as the sound was just muffled, and the big screens didn't compensate for the poor visibility. We left without bothering to see Def Leppard. Will not visit Wembley Stadium again to see a band. Very poor experience.
Worst venue I've been too.rubbish…
Worst venue I've been too.rubbish ticketmaster give you tickets staring entrance 4,while all entrances are alphabetical.ask 5 staff members and waste 30 minutes wandering around the entire venue to find a queue of ticketmaster holders queuing in issues lane to finally get told to use entrance downstairs to go all the way up and all the way round the damn interior of the stadium.thsnks for rubbish information and ruining/missing half the damn first performance
Went to Harry Styles at Wembley Stadium…
Went to Harry Styles at Wembley Stadium on 16th June 2023 on crutches ! I’ve got to say Tyrece Leachman went above and beyond to help me. When we got to the stadium he could see I was struggling on crutches and put me in a wheelchair, he managed to get us seated (we was meant to be standing ). At the end of the concert he met us with a wheelchair and pushed me to the civic center. Thanks again Tyrence for your help.
Went to Harry styles love on tour 17th…
Went to Harry styles love on tour 17th 2023 and when we arrived in they did the normal search and we went to go into standing to find out we needed wrist band, which was fine went back to find out they had none waited good 40mins no wirst bands crowd started to grow of ppl trying to also get a wrist band harry came on 4 songs in no wrist band. While waiting tho the ppl working there started to abuse us shouting screaming forcing us back so we couldn't even watch him from the stands. Girls started crying and they told us if we keep doing it we would be kicked out. Disgusted also this happened every night of harry styles we weren't the only ones. Avoid Venue if possible
Pregnancy treatment
Me and my brother had standing tickets for Harry Styles and i fell pregnant up to the concert and was 8 months pregnant by the time the concert came around. The customer service and help we received from the information staff was absolutely brilliant. They managed to get us seated tickets in a a really good and safe spot with absolutely zero hassle or problems. The staff in vip allowed me to access the toilets without an issue throughout the show and upon leaving the security at the tube station end allowed me to exit very safely and allowed us to get the tube safely and soundly. We we very impressed with the service we received and it made the whole experience of the show even better. Thank you all very much
We were visiting for a Harry Styles…
We were visiting for a Harry Styles concert, and we brought our tickets direct as we needed to use the disabled area. When we arrived, one ticket was scanned, but the accompanying ticket did not. We literally got shouted at by the lady security person who was working on disabled gate C saying they must be fake tickets and that someone else would be sitting in our seats. We showed them the original email and the tickets emailed directly from Wembley Stadium . At this point, she started shouting again saying "why did you bring that?' pointing to my daughters wheelchair! ' You need to get rid of it or you aren't coming in'. At this point my daughter who's young and feels emotional/embarrassed for having to use a wheelchair started to cry there was no way my daughters health would allow her to walk to the stadium or around it. I tried to explain that my daughter can transfer to a normal seat and that I was told on the phone that the wheelchair can be stored as long as I brought I.D. along to check it in. She said this wasn't the case and was literally screaming at us and opening the door to chuck us out. At this point, a male worker came over, he pulled us to one said and told us we could store the wheelchair he scanned both tickets, and they worked with no problems. After we got over our shock at how we were treated, we went to customer service to complain. The guy shrugged and said it was a busy night she was probably stressed! He didn't seem to care at all. We then checked the wheelchair in and found our seats. We couldn't see a thing as everyone in the disability section was standing, and my daughter wasn't able to stand for any length of time. At the end of the concert, another lady worker was ushering everyone out of a particular gate. I told her that I needed to go and get the wheelchair from the storage check-in before I could leave, which meant I had to go a different way out to retrieve it. I was called a liar and that I didn't have a wheelchair with me. It took a while for her to let me through, and at this point, my daughter wasn't going to be left there sitting by herself with a worker who disbelieved her disability and called her a liar for saying she has a wheelchair. My daughter was tearful, and the lady said 'crying isnt going to work on her to get our own way." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. We were being treated like naughty little school kids! Again, at this point, another male worker had to step in and say, "Let them go and get it." When we returned with my daughter in the wheelchair the male worker pointed at us and said see they really did have a wheelchair and told her to apologise to us. She grunted a sorry.
A concert what should have been a lovely experience was turned into an ordeal because the staff were judgmental, discriminatory, and aggressive for absolutely no reason my daughter was reduced to tears twice. Won't be coming back anytime soon. The o2 are amazing with disabilitie. You need to up your game. It was horrific being treated like this and has caused my daughter to have anxiety about going to future events.
We missed the show because of the staff and were not allowed to go to the zone we paid for
Arriving at 07:10pm for the Harry Styles' concert (13th June) through Entrance L to access Jonny's place pod, we passed the security checks and were thereafter blocked before we were given the wristbands. After a while, we then understood that there was a shortage of wristbands for our zone (Jonny's place pod). The staff kept saying that the wristbands were on their way but at 07:50pm, we were still waiting. We were around 80-100 people waiting and waiting and people started to cry and shout. At this stage, we already missed the first part of the show with the support acts. It was total chaos and people were pushing and shouting because everybody wanted to go in.
Around 08:05pm, security came with a few wristbands, but only some of the people could access them as they came with too few wristbands. After another 10 minutes and a total mess, they came again with some more wristbands, but not enough again. It was already 08:15pm and the main show would start soon. After another 10 minutes passed, the same situation occurred and we still did not have our wristbands.
The show finally started around 08:30pm and we were still in the lobby waiting very nervously and with people crying all around.
At 08:45, the staff came again with wristbands, but not with the allocated ones (Jonny's place pod), instead, they came with wristbands for another zone (Hollywood pods). Once more, the Hollywood pods bracelets were not enough for the people waiting. After another 10 minutes, we finally got some wristbands for Hollywood's pod zone, which was not our zone because we paid for tickets in Jonny's place pod zone.
We accessed the concert 30 minutes late, not in our zone, and in a very nervous condition. We were in a very disappointed state of mind. We have been waiting for this concert for almost a year, enjoyed the fact that we got the best tickets (Jonny's place pod zone), to finally not be allowed to go in and access the zone for which we paid for.
How is this legally possible??
Wembley stadium Excellent
Took my ( unfortunately) wheelchair bound daughter to the Harry Styles concert. The disabled parking was reasonably priced, easy to book online and easy to find, the staff were absolutely brilliant in helping her and her carer to get to their place in the stadium. Both the stewards and security staff were super helpful getting them out after the gig. You should be proud of all of them. She had a whale of a time completely stress free!!!
Why can't all venues be as good as this?
My daughter and I saw Harry Styles on…
My daughter and I saw Harry Styles on 13th June and what a night. Not only Harry amazing but so were the stadium staff.
I am disabled and need assistance. From Shelly, who drove the shuttle bus to the lovely Mahammod who picked me up from our block and took me to the shuttle after the show, the staff were so helpful.
Maryam and Abbie, from the customer assistance team were fantastic. They got me a seat to wait in the shade. Arranged my pick up after the show. Offer us water and took us to the assistance entry gate. The door staff were so helpful and kind, informing us of we’re to go, and what to expect in the food outlets and toilets near our seats.
Abbie was escorting us and another lady and made sure we found our way and we’re happy before she left.
I have experienced assistance at many venues but your team were the most courteous and went above and beyond. I just want to say a huge thank you. Annexx
Greedflation culture
This stadium operates on a greedflation culture charging absolutely exhorbitent prices for drinks and food ! Eye watering prices, charged by vendors inside the stadium, government should be looking at these costs and do something about it. It is daylight robbery.
Stewards took water off us on entry…
Stewards took water off us on entry which was only check on entering stadium no checks on tickets or search before we went in
My wife went over on her foot and fractured a bone we asked steward for help but absolutely none was given as for water in ground their was only one dispenser which trickled out disgrace
In fact I thought this stadium was rebuilt a few years ago ( you wouldn’t know ) it an absolute disgrace half the toilets don’t work overpriced food tickets and drink
This is one of the worst stadiums I’ve had the displeasure to visit
I went to the semi and final here but wouldn’t visit again if they paid me to go
Ellen - The Three Lions Bar
Ellen (apologies, I’ve forgotten your last name but you had red hair) in The Three Lions bar was dealing with a customer that was being extremely rude towards her. Ellen professionally told him that she wouldn’t serve him and that she wouldn’t be spoken to in such a way. He continued to go on, I told him to calm down and go away, to which he did, and Ellen proceeded to give me the two drinks I’d asked for on the house as a gesture of goodwill. Really nice of her to do this and it would’ve been the highlight of the day had Luton not gone up!
Amazing experience
My son attended the sheffield Wednesday match yesterday, he said its the best atmosphere hrs ever experienced.
How to ruin a fan's match experience
I used to enjoy coming to Wembley but the play-off final was runined for me by constant advertising which takes your eye off the game. What The FA are thinking about also by allowing so much betting advertising, which is ruining peoples' lives and football itself, I don't know. You pay £40 for a ticket and get this experience. Terrible!
Very disappointing.
Very disappointing.
The bizarre way that the ticketing works means you get lumped anywhere in your price range, with absolutely no choice! 60 quid for seat to near the front to give a good view.
Fanzone awful! What's with the terrible music played too loud?
And a DJ at a football match? What were you thinking?
Visited for championship play off…
Visited for championship play off final. Chaos with the queues for food and drink, took over 30 minutes to get a drink and then you couldn't get back out of the queue. There were people everywhere and we were getting crushed.
Management at fault.
Wembley rip-off
Visited Wembley recently for the National League play-off final. We had a small rucksack which we didn’t realise couldn’t be taken into the ground. Couldn’t believe we had to pay £10 to leave it at the bag drop. Just another example of football supporters being ripped off at the National Stadium.
Well run stadium
Well run stadium - 4th visit this year coming up and we’re looking forward to it. Park right next door (at a silly cost, but it works for us w a disabled kid) then into Boxpark for food.
Inside always plenty of space to live around and the q’s are never too long for the loos or f&d.
