Amazing customer service!
I had one piece missing so I got in touch with customer services along with a picture of the completed puzzle minus a piece. Wentworth identified the piece and sent me a replacement piece in a lovely little box all for no charge.
Such customer service is so rare but then Wentworth puzzles are such good quality. That is why I buy them and will continue to buy them.

Feeling disappointed
I have completed the extra difficult 1031 the puzzle that leaves an impression but it is very unsatisfying. Some areas of the image are vague so it’s difficult to match the pattern and since the pieces and their relationship is the same throughout there is no other way of knowing whether a piece is in the right place. Worse than those standard puzzles with black backgrounds or blue sky but with those you can only get it finished one way. With this all the pieces fit anywhere. I asked for a higher definition image but no response. Freeform puzzles are good and tough but you can finish them. This one is just frustrating and unsatisfactory

LOVE these puzzles and the behind them
LOVE these puzzles and the behind them. We've ordered from Wentworth for years and shipping to Canada is fuss free! I always receive tracking from the company so I can see where my parcel is, which is great as the puzzles come from England. The packaging is beautiful and there is no needless inserts like pictures, the picture on the box is perfect for me, and sometimes I don't even use that! The last time I ordered I had a slight issues with a puzzle and the customer service team fixed so quickly. Thank you Wentworth!

Quality every time, thank you
Once you’ve tried a Wentworth wooden puzzle you will never be able to go back to cardboard. The pieces are thick, durable, sustainably made, great for those who love to enjoy puzzles again and again, or pass them down for others to try.
I love that the company is moving away from AI art, it shows how much they value and listen to their customers. I far prefer the artists that Wentworth Puzzles select, in comparison to those that other brands choose, and Wentworth has a much larger selection of art to choose from.
We would recommend Wentworth Puzzles every time. They’re made in Britain, which for me in the States means I can count on quality, instead of other brands that make their puzzles in China.

The best choice for puzzles and sizes
I have done jigsaws since I was 4yr - now nearly 80yr - only puzzles I now do! Customer service, puzzle choice and quality of pieces is 10/10. My only dilemma - our bank balance - puzzles are worth every penny though!

These puzzles are great, made from wood not cardboard, makes a really premium experience. I’ve been buying from them for years and they never disappoint. The choice of images and different puzzle cuts means theres’s always something new to try. They arrive quickly too.

Nice puzzle but difficult to identify pieces on the cover photo
We really like the quality of the wood pieces and the interesting shapes. We purchased a 250 piece puzzle and we found the photo on the cover to be very difficult to see the details. The choice of colors for the puzzle pieces with the text are poorly done, with blue lettering on top of blue pieces, etc. which makes it really hard to read, given the pieces are small. We had to use a large magnifying glass to see the photo on the box in detail so we could identify the pieces. Re-thinking the color choices would help to make the graphics more visible. And/or, as other puzzle companies do, include a larger poster size photo of the puzzle to make it easier to see.

From a Wentworth puzzle collector!
I have added numerous Wentworth puzzles to my collection in recent years, and the shipments have always arrived quickly, considering they're coming to the US from the UK. The puzzles themselves keep getting better. They have broadened beyond the traditional landscapes and have all sort of amazing illustrations, challenging patterns, and fun graphics now. And I personally love that smoky campfire smell of a new laser-cut wood puzzle.

Amazing puzzles
I have purchased Wentworth puzzles for many years now and they are my favourite brand. Made in Britain, high quality & feature real artists (not AI). Love the wooden smell, and finding the amazing whimsy pieces, every puzzle brings pure joy and I cannot recommend enough! :)

Excellent service for a damaged jigsaw piece
For very first time I found a damaged piece in my jigsaw when I started to sort them out. I contacted Wentworth customer service who were brilliant and told me what they needed and were very fast recreating and sending it to me. I am so pleased at their attitude to reducing waste as well -no sending puzzle back and asking for another etc

I am doing my first Wentworth puzzle
I am doing my first Wentworth puzzle - a 1000 piece puzzle. It is taking forever. But I have never enjoyed doing a jigsaw more. The pieces are not just all different shapes, they are different sizes. I thought "I'll just separate out the edge pieces first like I usually do." LOL that doesn't work.
I sometimes can hear the manufacturer's giggle mischievously as I find little tricks as I do it.
So the price - expensive. But if you think in terms of dollars per hour of fun, it is really a good value. So far I've never been bored with this one - it is just really enjoyable.
Another poster complained about the smell. To each his own, I freaking love it. It smells like wood - a good smell to me. And the pieces feel great when they fit together. So far, no false-fits.
Like I said at the start, I've never enjoyed doing a puzzle this much.

Wij hebben 2 keer een gepersonaliseerde puzzel laten maken en die waren heel mooi geworden. Bij de tweede echter miste een stukje, contact opgenomen en we hebben het ontbrekende stukje ontvangen. Goede service!
Mijn ouders zijn 90 en 91 en vinden dit geweldige puzzels omdat ze goed vast te pakken zijn, met gewone kartonnen puzzels hebben ze problemen, maar deze vinden ze heel fijn.

Strong Chemical VOC's
Very high off gassing of vocs in the wood, glues and varnishing of these puzzles.
We have noticed since opening and leaving the incomplete puzzles out our fresh air filter record has massively excellerated especially when we have closed windows (winter time)

The smell you are referring to occurs because of the way our puzzles are manufactured. At Wentworth, our puzzles are cut using lasers which contribute to creating our intricate and unique pieces, however this does create a slight woody smell that is inherent to our puzzles. We would first advise to open the puzzle and leave in a well ventilated area to allow this smell to dissipate; this usually lessens after a couple of days.
Please rest assured that all materials used within our manufacturing process are non-toxic and we do not use any chemical substances when creating our puzzles.

1000 piece Snow Leaopard
1000 piece Snow Leaopard. Great puzzle. Really challenging. It took me some time to decide where to start and how pieces connected. It was not only the subtle tonal differences that created the challenge but also the repeats, which caused me to have to swap out pieces. Found the technique of joining the "C" shaped pieces to their counterparts first really helpful, plus identifying symmetry elements.

Don’t even bother to return the Wentworth puzzle
First, let’s be clear we love these wooden puzzles and have both bought and been given quite a few. BUT the other day we were given a 250 piece puzzle (as indicated by the box that had ‘250 pieces’ on it) that was clearly only 100 piece puzzle.
Contacted Wentworth and they said they’d need it returned. Sent a link for Royal Mail - well, that’s pretty useful for Oz isn’t it? Of course the Royal Mail didn’t accept an address in Australia - simply not worth returning it
Got the reply below but I’ve not got any email yet as if 1st March.
I should also add that we’ve had other issues too - a missing piece in another puzzle plus a splayed nub on one piece in yet another puzzle. Just not good enough QC

Beautiful, challenging puzzles and memorable experiences!
Last year, I purchased puzzles for my family, we all enjoyed putting them together and then we traded the puzzles to keep the fun going. We thought they were beautiful and appreciated (and maybe somewhat grimaced at) the unique shapes in the puzzle.
This Christmas, I was thrilled to see the Christmas Crackers puzzles. Since we're from the US, our extended family is not familiar with the Cracker tradition. For our family Christmas Eve gathering, 12 puzzles were handed out and opened. Immediately, young and old alike started to put the puzzles together - while we were still having dinner! I think my 11 year old great nephew and my 35 year old niece had the most fun! Everyone commented on how much fun they had and what a great idea it was to add the puzzles to our evening!
