Exceptional Audio Visual retailer. Excellent knowledgeable service. Nathan was looking after us. Made our sound Demo for a pair of Wharfdale EVO 4.4's an excellent tailored and unrushed experience. Speakers delivered to the door a couple of business days later. Great customer experience, would definitely recommend visiting their store if you are in the market for quality audio systems and or large screen tv's.

Advise given by both the shop and installation staff is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. Subsequent requests for help are handled with similar efficiency.

We weren't really sure what TV we wanted but had a price in mind. We chose one TV and the assistant said it was a good TV but advised us to compare the picture with another TV. He explained the difference between them and why the 2nd TV was a better option. We agreed and decided to buy it on his recommendation. He did all the paperwork and we had purchased our new TV in under 30 minutes. They didn't have a TV in stock but ordered one in and said it would be delivered within 2 weeks. It was delivered in under 10 days and the guys installed, setup and tested it before leaving.

We were recommended to visit Weybridge Audio last year and to replace a TV which had stopped working. We chose a TV and it was delivered and installed at our home that afternoon. This year we had to replace another TV and, again excellent service from this company. We had to order in the TV we needed and two days later it was delivered and installed. After care has been excellent when we needed additional help. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff in the shop were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Once we were ready to have the TVs, etc. installed they arranged delivery very quickly. The gentlemen who set everything up for us were equally professional and did a superb job. We are very happy with our new audio and visual experience!

The whole process of purchasing a new tv had never been so easy. The staff were interested in our needs and we were not rushed. Once a decision was made the new tv was delivered, fitted and the old set taken away in three hours.

From the first day after the Xmas break your team tried to repair my Samsung TV without success but as I had asked them to bring an LG tv they were able to fit everything up in an amazing short period of time. I can’t praise them enough. Amazing service particularly after the Xmas shut down.

Of course, us buyers get excited about choosing and buying some new hi-fi, but the staff at Weybridge Audio share the same enthusiasm! Great experience and very happy with the new system. Thank you..
