The staff, both in the shop and those who visited my home (several times!), were all helpful and friendly and clearly knew their stuff. They were unable to make their product (a TV) fully compatible with my hard disk recorder / DVD player, which means I've paid nearly £1600 for just a glorified monitor, but they tried their best.

I lived in Walton on Thames many years back and I had good experiences with the company. Excellent job. Keep it up

I recently ordered a CD unit from Weybridge Audio, but got confused with the order. Weybridge Audio went out of their way to put things right and advise me on the most suitable piece of kit for my needs - I ended up buying a compact audio system, and couldn't be more delighted :-) Their dedicated customer service was brilliant from the off, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The in-store team were really helpful when I chose the TV and the installation team were great. Even coming back out at short notice to add something else onto the installation that is forgotten to ask for. For the same price (or better!) than the countrywide electrical stores, I got a great service that the bigger chains could not match. Can’t recommend highly enough

I purchased a pair of bower & Wilkins pi7 aipods around 8 months ago, paid around £250 unfortunately they stopped to connect. I called the shop they asked me to post them back so they could send back to bower. I rang a few times and (Nathan) sales guy always had an update for me. Unfortunately the air pods couldn't be repaired so replaced for the latest model without hesitation. Thanks for sorting out my air pods, fantastic after sales. A real pleasure to buy from such professional company great work guys thank you.👍
