Site doesn't give accurate representation of what is in stock. Support is incredibly slow and inattentive. I made an order, all items in stock, it hasn't shipped for many days, so I have to follow up and send a message. Eventually they get back to me saying one item is not in stock. I said ok then, ship without it, after this no response for days so its just hanging.

Seems it's all the customers responsibility to find out if their stock is accurate etc. As they already took your money they couldn't care less if you wait for months endlessly.

Very anti-customer at WGCshop, I recommend an alternative.

I ordered a G&P XM177E2 from WGC, very fast to ship and delivered, one week only arrive in France at my home, great job guys!

The price of the replica was very low too, i paid only 50€ of customs taxes so i'm happy, i will order again from WGC for sure ! :)

This guys deserve 5 stars!!! They recive my orders,prepare it and send in the best profi way and help me with a problem like "friends".

"It would be good to communicate that with your customers.

Ive paid extra for fast shipping and now thats not going to happen because you have failed to communicate your stock issue.

I want a refund on the shipping charges."

WGC's response:

"Hello

Your order has been packaged and ready to ship, we will send the tracking information after shipped"

"That doesn't resolve the issue that i have paid the extra for shipping only to be advised that you had stock issues!

Your lack of communication is very bad and i wont be purchasing from you again.

This has been a s**t experience to say the least."

No correspondence from WGC Shop. I paid express shipping for nothing and if I didn't send my initial email you wouldn't have acted on this order. It was only at that time you were prompted to check your stock levels only to realise you didn't have the item in stock!

I was about to place my order for 10 things a little over $200 and when I went to check out it said that the total was going to be $1500 like WHAT nothing there was even worth that much for the own manufacturing company this is a scam no way this is real

Really bad service! Item did not arrive and they wanted me to take care of the problem myself! No insight or come to terms! Only get my money back through PayPal (I love PayPal!) Stay away from this shop, never had such a bad experience when ordering from the Chinese area and I order there very often!

Bought mk23 to Canada, UPS is a bit costly but they know how to import/provide doc and arrived in 1 week sharp, would buy from again.

Costed me 330 total after duties and all but I couldn't find the metal slide engraved trades with no white marking version anywhere and WGC was the only big store that has it in stock so I took the plunge.

Their customer service is really slow though, so if you requires special handling and notes and stuff, beware.

*The catch with UPS is that you need to make sure you pay duties and stuff first before they pass customs or arrives to avoid some big fees.

Placed my order Nov 5th/2020, received Nov 20th/2020, packaging was good.

(Note: at first I was worried they forgot two pieces of my order [ML autobot bucking and aap01 charging handle] but nope! They placed it with the action army stock, inside its bag, inside its box, wrapped with bubble wrap, and sealed with tape.

100% satisfied and will order again.

I was ordering a bunch of things for my GBB and several thing were out of stock. I decided to replace those missing LCT things with 5KU, and asked to replace black GHK 5.45 mags with bakelite (color is not a big deal right?) and here where a long and useless communication process begins.

I text a complex email with many instructions, variable scenarios (COVID times, I am worried to not get the items due to upcoming postage restrictions) and get an answer on a limited number of bulletpoints expressed. Long story short, they were expecting a LCT delivery in a week so they basically kept me waiting all this time just to not make changes, tho I asked them for replacement and to ship the order ASAP. The bakelite mags have been confirmed in stock several days ago, but I am still waiting for them to replace the ''out of stock'' black mags in my order (not cart since it was already paid), and I speculate that this will not happen, because they expect a GHK restock in a week, and judging by the previous maneuvers, they will keep me waiting instead of replacing an item with a different color.

The communication was through email initially, but then I jumped into online chat for faster responses, at least I hopped for that. Now I know that there is no point in chatting because the response rate is identical to email - ''pigeon post'' style aka 1-2 responses per day, and even with those responses they choose the options themselves.

I understand that the service is undermanned (3 people in total, as I can see) and that it is a very loaded time, but this review could be written in a different way if only I was met with understanding and desire to help...which I obviously wasn't.

After some research I've decided to risk and tested this site. Placed the order at 14.06.20,payed by PP, got email confimation. Two days later got emal from them that my ordet been sespended coz air mailing stoped at moment and here I said myself - I knew it! But email also gave me options pay extra for express delivery(UPS), wait 30-45 days (land mailing) or refund. Asked them how long till air mailing back to life, the daid we have no idea. So I requested refund and 2 days later full amount came back to PP, I've lost ~£2 on currency exchange. At this point I can say it was a positive experience and probably will order from WGCShop again. Ordered hop unit and mag for my pis, both items cost me twice cheaper than in UK, plus mag for HK45CT is realy hard to find.
Well, that's the story so far.

Bad customer service, order awfully delayed and lack of information about extra custom fees when arriving. A month of waiting instead of 5 days. Yikes

Usually great service, but unfortunately a recent issue marred this.

I ordered 2 Lonex nozzles, and one Lonex Cylinder Head. The seal was terrible on both. Probably a one off (but both nozzles were affected).

I have been teching AEG's a long time, I would be called expert by peers. I checked all air seals, nozzle o-ring condition, issue persisted.

I contacted WGC, feeling about 95% confident that they would simply assign store credit to my account for the $9 dollars (2 nozzles), but it was a hard no, and referred to their 3 day return policy.

I understand that if the product is used in the field, then there are too many variables (including poor skill). But these were brand new, never used, and I sent a video showing the exact problem.

Siucut replied and said the issue could not be reproduced at their end. But that doesn't really change much. MY product was defective at no fault of my own.

Having been in business a while myself, this situation should have been handled very differently. The value of a lifetime customer (as I would have been), and POSITIVE recommendations is incredibly important, and well worth 9 dollars (which costs them about $3 with markup).

It's simply an unfortunate example of how not to run a business, and I am disappointed with WGC, they are usually great, quick service, reasonable prices etc.

Siucut reiterated no refund or replacement, or store credit, which really surprised me.

Take this review as you wish, but I would advise that WGC does not go above and beyond for the customer as I believe a good business should, nor does Siucut understand the life time value of loyal customers.

Wgc shop is my main airsoft supplier, and i've never been disapointed.
Good quality, fast shipping, excellent customer services... Plus, products are well protected during the shipment.

Bestilte for en måneds tid siden, nogle hardballdele til to venner og mig. Det viste sig så, at en af varene var udsolgt. Dette skrev de personligt til mig, og tilbød mig forskellige muligheder. De tilbød bl.a. at bestille denne vare hjem til mig, så jeg ville kunne have den indenfor 2-4 uger. Dette accepterede jeg, og bad dem opdatere mig løbende. Jeg modtog derefter en personlig mail, hver gang der var nyt info omkring min pakke. Tre uger senere modtog jeg en mail, hvori der stod at varen nu var ankommet og de sendte den hurtigst muligt. To dage stod UPS-manden foran min hoveddør. Det skal lige siges, at pakken blev sendt fra Hong Kong.
Pakken var indpakket i min. 5 lag bobleplast og hver enkelte del ligeså. Skide god service - og så er det vildt billigt!

Der gik 10 dag fra bestilling til jeg modtog varen. Det må siges at være helt optimalt efter som det kommer fra Hong Kong. Alle de mange produkter jeg havde bestilt var i orden og fint og forsvarligt pakket ind.
