Yamaha nmax 125 tech max
Pre ordered the yamaha 125 n max tech max to upgrade from my lexmoto apollo 125 which I also got from this dealership, from start to delivery has been great communication between the dealer and myself has been great, letting me know I when the bike was shipped to the dealership and then letting me know my bike would be delivered. All in all a very good dealership, i would recommend looking at.

Poor service
The item took a very long time to be delivered and I had no communication with the store about the delay until I messaged them myself, if an item is not in stock then you should be made aware of that at the time of purchase, instead I had to wait nearly two weeks for something that would have been next day from Sports Bike Shop, the item itself though is fine and fitted to the bike

Ordered a hydraulic bike lift
Ordered a hydraulic bike lift, had to choose delivery for pricing, which according to to theat was £14.99...even though advert says free delivery, there explanation was " The advert was generated by Google.. nothing to do with them... " Then an email asking for another £76.21 ... the delivery was £91.20
Then they palm off the delivery to a third party courier, which only has one person delivering, when clearly this item requires two people

We understand that the initial £14.99 delivery charge and a subsequent request for an additional £76.21 caused confusion. We aim for clarity in our delivery pricing, and the size and weight of the hydraulic bike lift (an XL double pallet size with additional weight) mean it cannot be transported by standard courier services. Instead, it requires a specialized third-party delivery wagon directly from the supplier, incurring higher costs.
We acknowledge your point about the advertisement stating "free delivery" and the subsequent email. We are actively working to ensure all our delivery information is crystal clear on product pages and at checkout to prevent such misunderstandings in the future.
Items of this nature are typically delivered to commercial addresses with unloading facilities. While we understand you expected two delivery personnel, specialized freight deliveries often involve one driver and require the recipient to have means to unload large, heavy items. We strive to communicate these requirements upfront.
We apologize that your overall experience was impacted by what you feel was bad advertising and organization. Your comments are invaluable in helping us improve our communication and logistics for large item deliveries.

To clarify, the vehicle was registered and invoiced in the name and address provided at the point of order. Unfortunately a reuest was made following delivery to DVLA register in a different name to which we have contact the DVLA ourselves and assisted to resolved this.
