I started with BEER 52 as a special offer after an online purchase from a clothing company.

I received a couple of months deliveries of beer then tried to cancel the subscription. I ended up getting a “special offer” from them on the first delivery of whisky and getting a WHISKY52 subscription.

Big mistake …..the whisky that’s sent to you is expensive for a small bottle and not very good either.

Trying to cancel either subscription is shocking.You have to contact them by telephone and they do the usual tactics to keep you as a subscriber.The whole cancelling is very tedious and draining.Don’t trust what they say because they blatantly tell you lies to keep you paying.

I spent a while on the telephone being reassured that both subscriptions were cancelled and no more money would come out my account or deliveries of unwanted beers or whisky.The deliveries kept coming and the money withdrawn.

Do not use this company as they are extremely hard to cancel .They purposefully make this as difficult as possible .

Overpriced rubbish… half bottles of awful whiskey. Do yourself a favour and go to the supermarket.
Waste of money.

Leaving a review for Edward at Customer Service for Coffee52 Club (there is no link for this club to leave a review). I called to cancel subscription but Edward took the time to fully explain what my package included and price. I'm keeping my membership for now. I appreciate his time and patience.

George displayed brilliant customer service from beginning to end of call. Friendly, knowledgeable and provided a deal for my next 2 months of Coffee 52. Pleasure to do business with.

As someone who was just trying out whiskey, the two boxes I ordered helped me understand that whiskey wasn’t for me. I spoke with Shaun to cancel my order and he couldn’t have been more understanding and friendly if he tried. 10/10 service. Highly recommend as a trial run as it lets you test your palette before buying expensive bottles or drams in bars.

I received a nice bottle of whisky on an offer. I quickly realised that I wouldn't be able to drink a bottle of whisky each month, so I called them to cancel. I spoke to Fraser, who was very helpful and the process of cancelling was very easy. There seems to be a great selection of whisky on offer, but for me a bottle every month was too much. I would recommend giving this a try if you like your whisky.

My son asked me to purchase one of the great whusky offers, and in doing so I was signed up for a subscription.

The order went smoothly, delivery was on time and the product was well packaged. He was very pleased with the purchase.

I rang to cancel my subscription and spoke to a lovely gentleman called Mark. I was expecting a bit of a hard sell, and although Mark made me aware of another good offer, he also cancelled my subscription and took the time to check I received an email to confirm that.

Customer service is excellent all round.

Interesting whisky varieties on subscription and a great introductory offer. Shipping was quick and I am looking forward to cracking open my bottle of Glenmorangie. Customer service was thoughtful.

Rang to discuss my subscription (after a mix up on my part!) and spoke to Edward who was incredibly helpful and courteous.
He sorted things out without any fuss, thank you!

I have spoken to many people at this company they're all polite friendly and eager to help. The whisky is very nice! Would recommend.

First order was a trial. Later I didn't stop it as I was interested in variety of whisky. Each delivery come with a new bottle, new taste and you can read about it as it comes with a booklet.

A great way to try new whisky a simple process thoroughly enjoyable and well worth raising a glass!

Another crap site that offers free whiskey then doesn't let you cancel the subscription unless you call them, its 2026 no one wants to subscribe to a whiskey company or call you
