White coffee company...Don't know how they stay in business
White coffee company is a coffee roaster that has been in business since 1939. How they stay in business is beyond me. They roast, package and distribute coffee under many names such as Entennman, Bailey's, Jim Beam, Harry & David's, First Colony and First Colony Discoveries. Some I have tried most I have enjoyed and that is where it ends. I normally use the First Colony Discoveries but in the past year or so stores that I have purchased it at never seem to have it in stock so I broadened my search to include other retailers including their Amazon store. This also proved to be futile. Almost every variety was not available. I emailed the company to find out more information if they were even in the business anymore, told them what I was running into...empty shelves even on their Amazon store. Their response...we are still roasting coffee but the brands and varieties you inquired about are not on the schedule, check our Amazon store. What part their Amazon store is out of stock did they not understand??? I don't get it maybe they are making too much money and just don't care about their customer base. Seems to be the norm anymore.
Well it is their loss most likely I stop looking and purchase something else.
