What a disgrace, they stand there in empty waiting room after taking bookings from other surgeries in Middleton which is an hour away. your few minutes late i cant see you we are busy chatting now.

Cancelled fit to fly tests within 24hrs and accepted the refund cancellation terms. Was told to put the refund request in writing. I did so but received no reply or indeed any refund. Not too concerned about the money but I expect respectable(?) private medical practices to adhere to their own T&C's. If they cannot do that then I cannot trust them medically.

I and my family will stick to Spire in future, more expensive but they actually have some integrity.

I had a great experience with both my fit to fly and day two tests for my family including a toodler who needed a PCR test. I looked at numerous clinics for the PCR tests and although there are some lower cost providers Whitehall Clinic were the only company who actually answered calls and emails. Their costs and cancellation fees are clear and their T&Cs state a cancellation fee whereas most other providers do not give e refund at all.

I needed to change the dates/ time of my day 2 PCR tests which they accommodate without issue or cost.

Their service was quick and professional and results received well within 24 hours. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone else.

Beware of cancellation charges! I feel ripped off and am extremely disappointed with Whitehall Clinic. I booked a PCR test for £300 (£150 each). I later found a cheaper alternative costing £220 (£110 each) called The Leeds Clinic. £80 is a huge saving for the same service. I went to cancel my PCR tests with Whitehall Clinic and to my surprise they charged me a £25 per person cancellation fee (£50 in total). There was no consideration of this from the staff when questioned. I would have even been happy to pay a small sum to cover the credit card cost but this is just daylight robbery. I even the spoke to the Managing Partner Sid Mansoor who had no interest at all either.
