if i could leave 0 stars, i would. i’m completely convinced this is not a legitimate business. i ordered my brothers christmas present on november 23, and i was already thinking it might not arrive on time due to the holiday season, so i wasn’t upset at that point. however, i found out my relative ordered from them on december 12 and their order was delivered on december 16. i first tried contacting the company on december 20, just wondering if they had any updates. i got an automated response asking me to wait 7-10 business days for a response. so i waited until january 6 and still no one had gotten back to me. this past weekend i sent them ANOTHER message and STILL no one has gotten back to me. of course, they were able to take the money out of my account right away. their customer service is non-existent, and apparently so are their clothes, since it has been almost two full months since i ordered one shirt and have heard nothing about it or gotten any updates. save yourself the stress and avoid this “business.” i will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Along with every other person who had issues with their clothing not arriving, or not getting any sort of customer service, I had the same problems! Finally, now that my clothes are here… I’ve washed one of the shirts for the first time and it’s already peeling pretty bad. Just avoid this company. They had some great designs, but they’ve really screwed themselves by providing garbage clothing and even crappier customer service! Totally over them.

Ordered a week before Christmas, understanding the items may not arrive on time. We contacted the facility as they said it would ship 2-3 days after the order. We didn't hear anything but understood that it is the busy season, we received an automated email about the days that they would be closed due to the holidays. Understandable. We contacted them again after the holidays and received the same automated email. It has now been 5 weeks since we ordered our products and there is no way to contact them other than through their website. I have even tried Instagram and Facebook. NOTHING! I am appalled by their lack of communication when it appears they spend tons of money on ads through Instagram, TikTok, and by their intriguing website. How is it that they have enough money to advertise but not to spend money on shipping my items or responding to emails? The only thing I can think that is stalling them is that they have received so many emails about customers not receiving their products; that they are overwhelmed by their impotent services. Please do not purchase from this website. If you have, dispute it through your bank as quickly as you can because this company is not worth it. I have already started my process with the dispute and will be going to the BBB next. This scam needs to be eliminated.

Edit: Although I was very upset with my experience, I did finally get an email that was written by a person. The company apologized that they were overwhelmed. I must say, if the company had communicated with me a long time ago, I would not have written such a harsh review. I received my order finally on 1/23 and it appears to be of good quality.

Received damaged clothing and tried contacting them and waited the recommended time frame they said to get back to me which was 10 days, it's been 2 weeks with no communication and the part of the website to request a refund is down so there's been no way to communicate with them and get any type of resolution. I will never order from them again.

Accidentally didn't include the apt # for my order, and reached out December 31 to see about updating details. Still haven't heard anything back by email, and my order has already shipped. No way to update with FedEx either, and customer support doesn't respond to emails in timely manner at all. Though they said to reach out by email asap, they are not responding whatsoever. Can't update details via website either, so if no response comes you're screwed.

Like all the other honest reviews terrible company I'd love to designs but fairly confident it's a scam everyone says you got to wait to get messages back which is true it's been about 3 weeks I haven't got anything sent out yet going to file complaints with the better Business bureau in the morning

I really enjoy some of the cheeky design they have, so ordered a few t-shirts and some enamel pins for christmas gifts.

The shipping confirmation came quickly, and shipping was great despite the hustle of Christmas, so no complaints there. For reference, items came from their office/warehouse in Florida, and I am in CT and it took about 9 days.

Once I got everything I was very impressed with the products. The shirts all fit well, were soft material (printed on Bella+Canvas shirts) and have good printing. Pins are nice! I'll probably grab some more down the road.

I placed an order on December 19th and paid for priority shipping to ensure it got here in time. Order # 876983. Paid $160 for several items and still haven't heard a thing from the company. I have emailed 3-4 times and tried in vain to find a phone number to call. Just emailed again expecting to get no response. How disappointing

Terrible customer service. Takes months to ship. Small business my a**. Website told me if I ordered I’d get it before Christmas, as these were going to be gifts for the holiday (I ordered December 9th) it’s now december 31st and customer service sends automated emails back when contacted. I’m supposedly going to get my order January 2nd.. we will see. Only shops from Orlando Florida too… what the actual f0ck?!?

Crap company doesn’t stay in contact told me my order would be here for Christmas I ordered it on the pen they did not ship it till the 20th but it is still not here on the 28th edit was supposed to be here five days ago

NEVER buying from this trash company again! Takes months to receive items and then when the order finally makes it to you (If it make it to you) the quality is complete garbage!! I’d give them zero stars, but since it’s not possible, I gave them the one.

I ordered 2 years ago around Christmas time and got a sweatshirt and 2 t shirts, it shipped in 5 days and was delivered to Canada in 3! No issues at all.
This year I ordered 4 sweatshirts and some pins and have been waiting almost a month with no response from the company! Then I look at their social media and it’s nothing but complaints on no one receiving their orders from weeks ago. And this company is not even updating its buyers on why it’s not shipping especially when Christmas gifts are among these orders!

Gross customer service. I placed an order during their Black Friday sale on 11/26. Emailed multiple times since then only to get the standard “you’ll hear back in 5-7 days”. I heard from two “reps”, one stating the obvious that they’re backed up and I will receive tracking for my order once it ships, and the other blatantly lying to me saying I’d receive tracking info in two to three days (I didn’t). Please don’t order from here!

I ordered gifts 3 weeks qgo. Website says 1-3 business days to process. I have waited and waited. I have emailed serial times and have gotten no response. I have messaged on all social media platforms, and again, no response. I have been more than patient. They took money immediately and refuse to offer any sort of update or anything. Their "customer service" seems to be non-existant. I dropped a good amount of money. I am so disappointed.

I will never order from this company again. They tell you your order will ship in 3-7 days and it's been weeks and still no shipment. You try to contact customer service and that appears to be non-existent. They could be successful if they put a little effort into it.

I made two orders recently. One order was for two shirts and a sweat shirt. One of the shirts was an XL instead of a M. And I ordered two pairs of underwear (boxer briefs) in the picture on the website they are advertised as having a fly on the pairs I ordered the front has no fly at all and is actually completely flat as if they’re designed for a woman or someone without a penis. My junk just gets all squished up in the leg cause it has nowhere else to go… also the material you’d think would be stretchy but is pretty stiff with little to no give, making the junk squish issue even worse. And for $20 a pair!!! That’s a complete rip off. The designs are great but I’m going back to meundies where they have great customer service and extremely comfortable products.

Horrible customer service and poor quality products!! I placed and order with 3 products ( one coat, one pair of boots and some decorative lights). First of all the quality is very poor.
Second of all, they sent me the wrong color for the coat and the wrong size number for the shoes. I contacted them, they sent me another coat who has nothing to do with the photo from the site.
Also they told me to pay the return shipping if I want to change them.
I don't recommend them at all!
Yes, the site is very pretty and the clothes very beautiful but just in the photos! Don't be fooled by them!

Ordered a long sleeved shirt from them and only after I'd ordered it did I look at the reviews here and was a bit concerned about the shipping. Thankfully once I figured out Asendias weird shipping tracker everything was completely fine and it arrived in about 4 weeks to New Zealand which was about what I expected. The shirt material is comfy and soft and it would also work as a light sweater I think for autumn/spring! I do really enjoy the design as well, mothman being iconic and all.

I am very surprised by the negative reviews here.
I first saw a Wicked Clothes Design being worn by Bailey Sarian (Serial Killer Documentaries and Chill).
I had to have it, being a big doco fan myself. Once I landed on the website I found so many designs that I ended up spending close to $400 AUD. A mixture of sweaters and Tshirts with the coolest of designs. They arrived within 4 weeks and I was over the moon with what was delivered. The designs were amazing, the quality was brilliant and 100% cotton which is the best material for anyone's skin and especially for the warmer months in Tshirts to keep cooler. 100% cotton is not used very often anymore as cheap companies use materials with synthetic fibres which are certainly not ideal - Happy Happy Happy with my order :)
I them made a second order for more designs and spent another considerable amount of money, around $300 from memory, doubling up on my fave designs.
I was about to send a message asking for info as they took a little longer than expected when I saw a few posts stating that their label had all of a sudden reached such high demand over night that they had to make a lot more then imagined and for us to be patient as it was not expected. I was patient, didn't email and shortly within a couple of weeks my order arrived all the way to Australia. Once again, I was so happy and the quality brilliant.
I have today just received my third order, another 8 Tshirts of designs I didn't have. I now have enough to start my own store in Australia If I wanted too lol! If I did , they would sell like hot cakes as every day I get multiple people telling me how awesome my Tshirts or sweaters are. It's a lot of attention which isn't usually my thing but I honestly love watching people be really amused and taken back by the funky designs and they're even more surprised to hear they are cotton. They have become a real talking point wherever I go. I've passed your name onto so many people and can't wait to start wearing my latest batch of new designs. I'm hoping to get some hoodies next winter. I've spent a fortune but worth every cent and cannot rate you guys high enough! The couple of customer service contacts that I have had have been fast and favourable replies so another plus for me. It was a risk that first order but so glad I took it! Thanks Guys!
PS. If things take a little long to arrive as I saw in some reviews, just be patient, it's a small business, covid has been happening, shipping globally has exploded in demand and not only that we cant make all of the people happy all of the time.
PPS. Those complaining about the washing - read the label. I follow the washing instructions and have not had one issue at all. I don't use a dryer, I hang them up on hangers to dry.
