Alton Wickes best for customer service
Staff at Alton Wickes are very helpful, polite and go beyond in assisting their customers. A complete opposite approach to Wickes in Basingstoke. Stick to Alton, definitely the clear winner for customer service.

Guyo helped me from start to finish
Guyo helped me from start to finish - I was looking lost in the store and he offered help, and was knowledgeable on all aspects.
He then helped me place an order for home delivery

Exceptional service from staff
A massive thank you to Guyo who went above and beyond to help me. Loading trolleys and the van with a large quantity of plaster board in heavy rain.
The customer service from Guyo and other staff was excellent.

I've just been into Wickes in Alton…
I've just been into Wickes in Alton Hants to buy a few bits including a LARGE sheet of OSB that is FAR too big for me to get onto the roof of my car. A very nice Gentleman ( Guyo) helped me out. This is not the first time this has happened either the staff are always helpful and friendly - well done Team Wickes Alton 👏👏👏

Guyo
The new man, Guyo, is such a breath of fresh air. Actually happy and smiling which is so uplifting. Super helpful. The whole town would be better if more people were like him. The new music playing has been good too 😆
