Just been into Basingstoke store 2/10/26 needed nail gun fuel cells said online they had 2 in stock. Asked on arrival as could not find them eventually found one pack of 2 cells paid £23 after opening... Ver mais

Superb experience
From the initial visit by Sarah, to the follow up design meetings through to finished kitchen, service was excellent. The installation team of Terry, Ruby and Simon were recommended and again service was outstanding. Terry and Simon have years of experience which meant we could trust their advice when tweaks were needed. Ruby's dismantling skills were swift and efficient, and kept the guys topped up with tea and coffee! They all worked hard. Not watching the clock and stay until they finished the days job. Super friendly, keeping the kitchen area sealed to try and keep the impact to a minimum. Would highly recommend this team for your kitchen installation.

Helpful and friendly
We asked for some paint to be mixed and were assisted in the shop by Maria G. She was very helpful and friendly. She also had a good knowledge of the various paint brands.

I was sent the wrong tiles for my project and also received a damaged tub of grout.
I contacted Wickes to arrange a refund and pick up. It’s coming up to 4 weeks now and they still haven’t picked it up, despite arranging it 3 times for me. Customer service just fog me off every time I call.
Absolutely shocking service. I’m giving them until next week before i go to trading standards.

Just been into Basingstoke store…

They are working but shouldn't be on sale at full price as the gas degrades.
