Wickes - Blackpool Opiniões 

I visited Wickes Blackpool store to discuss options for both a bathroom and kitchen renovation and was supported by Nigel throughout. So far we have progressed with the bathroom options.

Nigel took the time to explain where there may be issues with design ideas I had developed myself, but tried to work to incorporate as many of my desires as possible.

As my partner was not able to join the visit to the store, we then emailed back and forth with Nigel to make minor amendments. Responses were always quick and easy to understand, again with recommendations of where our ideas would create an issue (e.g. you can't put two units together too closely in a corner without creating issues with the doors opening).

We got to our final design, delivery was organised (again, with Nigel's assistance as the dates available from the automated order link were too far out). We had then changed our minds with one final edit very shortly before delivery. Although Nigel couldn't edit the order (unsurprisingly when we asked 2 days before delivery if it was possible), but he advised to simply return the unwanted items and he'd process the return.

We did return the items on the day of delivery (which was Nigel's non working day) - and by 0830 the following day the refund was processed, accompanied by an email to advise.

Nigel - I really appreciate the fantastic customer service you have provided over the last few weeks. From your thoughtful recommendations, your patience as we worked through changes and your prompt responses to communication, it's been such a positive experience.

I visit Blackpool wickes on a regular basis and often use their click and collect service . Prior to moving to Blackpool several years ago I chose b and Q over wickes but the service is far inferior to wickes Blackpool.
The first thing you notice when walking into the store is all staff without fail are cheerful , eager to help and always go the extra mile .
It is very apparent that the staff are all an amazing team under the management of Danny .
Unlike a lot of managers he is often on the shop floor and any issue he is quick to take responsibility for and resolve .
He is also very quick to jump on a till if the store is busy .
This is the friendliest store u have found anywhere in the uk and certainly seems like a great place to work .
Danny , you’re doing an amazing job with an amazing team and just wanted you all to know it doesn’t go unnoticed .

Easy to order and collect, also a great price.
I would particularly like to thank Sam for offering to carry out my purchase to my car as I found it quite cumbersome.

Had loads of issues with buying paint online from Wickes, two deliveries and both tins were leaking paint. Called customer services, got nowhere, waste of time. Went into our local store, sorted sitting five minutes. Two great lads, Mark and Connor. Wish I’d gone into the store first, proper good service and so helpful.

Nessa on customer services was beyond helpful at 8am this morning, what fantastic customer service thanks Nessa

The Keter outdoor storage box is perfect for my needs and was really easy to assemble thanks to the clear instructions. The staff at Wickes Blackpool were incredibly helpful and even assisted me with fitting the box into my car. Excellent service all round — I’d 100% recommend this store!

Great service this morning at Wickes Blackpool.
Danny, store manager, found the product I wanted in the store room, brought it through to the store and measured and explained the product to me.
Nothing was too much trouble. He alslo helped me load it into my car.

The staff at Wickes are all exceptionally efficient and friendly. Today a gentleman said straight away that he could help us and sift everything. That was exceptionally good, because we didn’t even have to make an appointment! Well done! The man who has dealt with it was Nigel Ball. He was very friendly and efficient. It was a couple of hours for him to deal with it, He did really well. After we got home, he had immediately sorted out delivery through the customer service and we received emails straight away. Many thanks Nigel, he worked very well

Wickes sells brilliant stuff. The best thing is always the staff in the Blackpool shop, brilliant. Today my husband and I had massive help and friendliness from Trevor and Mike. Both very helpful, thank you

Went to the Blackpool store for 35 stair spindles asked staff if they had a box to put them in because the vibration from moving the flat bed made them fall off no help.Went to pay saying there were 35 staff said there were 37 so I put 2 back paid for 35 when I got home there was 33 how do you prove it?.

Guarantee not worth paper it's written on.
After the sink broke in kitchen we had fitted by wikes they totally refused to acknowledge that the sink was faulty.
I would not recommend using them to fit anything due to their poor communication and service.

Today we visited Wickes after receiving a grant for donations to our nursery from them. Wow! What a welcome, we were greeted by some wonderful staff members who helped us select items we wanted to help us create a water area and begin to grow our own vegetables within our setting. A massive shout out to Nessa who was incredible with helping us during this time and giving valuable information, knowledge and top tips. We are so grateful for this donation to our setting and can’t wait to begin getting started with our projects and hope to share these with Wickes as we do!

We applied to Wickes via the Community Program as we are a local primary school and was in need of some paint supplies for a project we were working on. Nessa in the Blackpool store was brilliant, really welcoming & friendly and keen to support our school.
