I’ve recently moved to the area and came to wicked for some paint. I seen the solar display, then spoke to Nadine to get more info information. She answered my questions professionally then took some details to send to solar for an agent to contact me to advise further. I will visit this store again

Love visiting this store, staff are always extremely helpful. As a DIYer I sometimes need some advice and everyone I’ve spoke to in this store is always happy to spend the time helping. Nothing ever seems too much

Another visit to the Bulwell store today, and I am never disappointed when I visit, really helpful staff and such a tidy store. Well done to the team in there.

This review is specifically for Steve ward at the Bulwell store. I bought something couple of weeks ago and got a wrong delivery. Steve took his time to look at the situation, spoke calmly with smile on his face even when this was a complex issue. Steve you are amazing, special kind of a man. The issue was resolved and I am extremely grateful for Steve intervention. Other worker should emulate steve

Great customer service from Sean. Came in today to get some skirting boards, he was very helpful, showed me different designs and offered to carry them to my car and made sure they fit. Thank you

Great customer service from Rafael, he was so helpful from the start of ordering my new kitchen.

Had some units to be returned and some damaged units to be replaced, Rafael sorting the damaged units out quickly and also sorted out my refund for my returned items, I also had to order some other units to complete my kitchen to which Rafael sorted this out for me as well.

Went into Wickes Bulwell to look at Kitchens. We booked a visit with Raphael. Appointment was on a couple of days and design was ready 2 days later. Raphael was very helpful, advised us on all designs with different changes. I would highly recommend 👌

Just been to our local Wickes branch at Bulwell and was very pleased with the service we received from Kara. She dealt with our order for a quantity of stome gravel very efficiently and explained fully all matters relating to the delivery. Thank you Kara.

Designer refused to take any measurements or do any plans until a wall was knocked down, even though it was straight forward to measure and plan while the wall was in tact. Wasted visit

I use wicks alot and the staff are always friendly and helpful.Lewis is one of the workers he's very polite and always helped when I've needed paint mixing.

Went to the Bulwell store to look for paint colours and sample. Couldn't locate everything I was after so asked Ben to help. Super guy, nothing was too much trouble and he helped me get what I was after.

Holly was amazing, I was so nervous about being pushed into something but she was nothing like that and really helped me chose my dream kitchen. Such a brilliant price aswell. Really really pleased with the service. Thank you Holly for all your help.

Went into Wickes in bulwel Nottingham,for a TV cable.
I wasn't sure what to get or things were? So I ask a member of staff,he was very helpful & friendly.
Jake showed me were to go & advised on what TV fitting I need.
Very pleased with my trip to Wickes today 😊
Also I was very pleased with the help I received ,when I called to see if they sold TV cables .so warm, friendly & efficient.
