Easy buying experience,knowledgeable,friendly staff,special mention to Ian( store manager)for his assistance in product choice

Today again I was shopping for tiles in Wickes Caerphilly, and guess what I was ably assisted by Richard the young man that I have previously rated.
Yet again I was very pleasantly pleased with his enthusiasm to make my experience in Wickes go as easy ad possible. Yes service again through the tills and into the boot of my trusty VW!
This guy certainly goes above and beyond to ensure his customers leave with a great deal of satisfaction!
A big thank you to Jackie who was very helpful with my initial questions and when I purchased my goods!

I visited Wickes Caerphilly as a follow up visit, after being very happy with my service a couple of weeks ago. I needed some more gravel to complete my garden project.
Ian S was really helpful, pointing out some of the bags were damaged and reduced in price which was great for my pocket ! He served me at the till and then put the gravel in my car, with a smile 😃

Ian, in the Caerphilly branch, was extremely professional and friendly. He guided us through the various options available for a new kitchen. He very much appreciated our need and wants. Ultimately, we had plenty of information, with excellent kitchen layout plans, to determine how we should proceed.

Great local store very helpful with supplies for school project

Weather might be dull and dreary. But on entering the wickes store in carphilly we are always welcomed with a positive friendly attitude from all the staff. Especially Jacqui who really go's out of her way to make sure you find the right product your looking for. Very helpful pleasant and always smiling. 10/10 keep up the good work 👏

Cheers for the kitchen worktop, deliver to my street as not delivery, had to get a 3 metre worktop up my steps on my own, vile cheers for that.

For anyone thinking wicks had the decency to actually look into this, you are mistaken, I got one very passive aggressive message, Wickes don't message me again, will be the last thing I ever buy at wickes

Went to Caerphilly Wickes for paint. None on the shelf but advised delivery had been made and 4 pots were available.
Nic & Richard were asked to check the pallets for the paint. Over 50 tins of paint later after they unloaded the pallets - they found what we were looking for. Ever so grateful to them having gone above and beyond. Unloading pallets of paint is not what you want on a Friday afternoon !!! Thank you so much Nic & Richard for helping us 😊

Very satisfactory from start to finish. Design,Delivery. Installation of the kitchen was straightforward. Chris Molloney who built and installed was a meticulous worker and very polite and pleasant to have in the house. The three appliances are working well and were checked by Electrician and Gas specialists. All in all a good job done!!

A superb service from Ian Baker design consultant at Caerphilly store nothing was too much trouble for this gentleman so much patience as I am prone to being rather fussy a real credit to the company follow ups from Wickes are coming fast everyone is so helpful looking forward to my new kitchen as I know everything will go smoothly. It was easy to locate what I was looking for (15kg jointing mix). I managed to get it to the till where Morgan served me and offered to carry it to my car. This was excellent customer service and very much appreciated. Thank you Morgan
