Excellent customer service from Akash at Wickes Canning Town. I was purchasing the Ashbury Grey Oak laminate flooring, and he was extremely helpful from start to finish.
Akash took the time to work out exactly how much flooring I needed, making sure I had the right quantity without unnecessarily over-ordering. He also helped me with all the additional items required to complete the job properly, including the correct beading and other essentials I might otherwise have missed.
He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and genuinely took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. His advice made the whole process much easier and saved me a lot of time and hassle.
A massive thank you to Akash for going above and beyond. Fantastic customer service and a real credit to the Wickes Canning Town team. I would definitely recommend this branch based on my experience!

Excellent service from Masukur

I had a very good experience at Wickes from AKIB
I had a very good experience at Wickes Canning Town. I needed to return some items, and the whole process was handled very smoothly and efficiently. I also bought some items and placed an online order, and overall the service was excellent.
A special thanks to Akib, who was very helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Great customer service overall—I would definitely recommend this store!

Broken tiles, no refund…
I ordered £4171 worth of tiles from Wickes. 6 of the packages were damaged- I contacted wickes straight away and showed the photos. After a couple of weeks of to-and-fro, wickes wrote to me agreeing to the refund. I was asked to visit the store - where (the very nice store manager) said only 1 pack was available for refund. One month (and a few emails later), there is no response as to why the other 5 damaged packs have not yet been refunded. I'm really disappointed , with the customer experience.
