So I’ve just had another delivery from wickes, I was kept informed via the tracking which I have to say works much better than other companies,
I’ve recently had surgery so I wasn’t able to help with the offloading but Zac who delivered this particular order could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him, so a big thank you to Zac

Hi Andrew, thanks for taking the time to share this feedback, we are pleased to hear that your order arrived on time, we appreciate you taking the time to let us know. RD
Horrible company
This is my third and last review of Wickes.
This is sent further to the reviews I have left this week.
I received what can only be described as an abusive email from someone I presume was the store manager.
No need to elaborate further except to say I will be forwarding my complaint together with the email I received from the store to Wickes head office.
A truly awful company who I will never use again.
