Wickes - Chester Opiniões 

We contacted Wickes Chester as they offered a free kitchen design service, and we wanted to discuss options for our space. Martin Jones was the designer who came out, and was great from the start. He clearly had lots of experience and knew his stuff, and thought of everything! He was also very professional when we went in to see the design and finalise the details, and helped as much as he could to get us the kitchen we wanted. We would highly recommend him.
Then came a 2 day delay to fitting, and two fitters down to one! But Adam, who was the fitter, was excellent and worked extremely hard (on his own!) to get the kitchen fitted in good time for us. He was also clearly very experienced and did a brilliant job.
The quality of the kitchen units, sink and hob provided are all really good and were very pleased. So all in all we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wickes Chester, Martin Jones and Adam (AJ & Sons Joinery) - 5 stars all round! Thank you!

The kitchen doors / panels are just plastic & stuck to mdf ..after 10yrs it starts bubbling away from MDF..( face & edges )..they say out Guarantee...A 12k kitchen & doing this ..You be best go to.howdens

The final product is great, everyone that we have dealt with has been helpful, any issues that arose were dealt with promptly and explained to us, really happy with the project.

Karen has completely transformed our bathroom design by removing what was a wetroom into a modern family 4 piece bathroom. She has been patient with changes and worked to our budget whilst keeping the design to our taste. We are having her back out to design the kitchen. Thanks Karen, can’t wait to see it finished!

My son ordered a double glazed window for me and was told there would be a 10 day delivery wait,(Due 30/08) no delivery arrived so on the the 01/09 my son inquired about the delay,he was told that the item had been dropped and damaged so a replacement had been ordered and would be delivered in 11 days time (12/09),how time flies, the replacement window was delivered at 14 - 21 pm today the 02/09.😡😡

Once again a huge thank you to Euan and staff at the Chester Greyhound store for their generous help with our community garden repair’s.Thanks to their help we can now replace the rotten wood on our raised beds and continue to provide the local community a pleasant place to enjoy colour,produce and nature.Thank you Wickes

Martin Jones, the Design Consultant was brilliant, showing us different bathroom cabinets and fittings, providing options and was very engaging, patient and considerate. Martin made the whole choosing and ordering process seamless. When the delivery date was a lot later than we needed (a leak in the existing bathroom suite and relatives due to stay) Martin made some calls and got the date moved forward. Just outstanding and I would recommend seeing Martin if you are in the Chester branch.

Callum at the Chester branch (Sealand) was a very polite and helpful gentlemen. Makes people want to go back when they receive flawless service. Keep up the great service guys and I will see you soon.

Had to visit the store over separate days and got excellent service on both occasions firstly from Jack B with him helping me get items to and from my vehicle and then from Paige when I had return the extra items outside their normal return times.

Absolutely amazing for all your building materials I did use b and q and mkm but as a tradesmen and having trade pro the prices and delivery times are amazing

I phoned for a donation of tarpaulin for my school . We needed it to cover a summer house . Ewan was so kind and donated 2 5x8m tarpaulin. Thank you so much x

Incredible service from Ewan and Callum at the Chester Store. After the online customer service was somewhat unhelpful, Ewan went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with tiles we had ordered online and spent a lot of time and effort moving heavy boxes around.
