Simon Thomas and his company, Jack of all Trades, are a very professional outfit. Our bathroom fitter, Mikhail, went well beyond my expectations with the quality of his work, his careful explanations of what he was doing each day, and his general courtesy. Everything was finished to perfection and on schedule. When our new electric consumer unit was fitted, it became apparent that both water and gas needed to be bonded. Although we had to wait a while and a bit more cost was involved, Jamie impressed me by finding a way around some very tricky issues, and he and Danny, his apprentice, ensured that the house was made safe. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Simon was always on hand to give support throughout the process - a genuinely good guy.

Right from the first meeting we were very pleased with how we were dealt with by all the Wickes agents. Even when there were minor hiccups they were resolved promptly.

I organised a kitchen design. Luke Stone from Chippenham arrived promptly, was very professional, friendly, polite and informative. When I went in for the appointment I could not have been more impressed. Luke took time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made some excellent suggestions , while always giving me choices. He had an extensive knowledge of what was available etc. I came away with the esign I wanted plus a costing that enabled me to decide, in my own time, whether I was going ahead. When I went back to finalise the order, again Luke time to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted and gave me excellent print outs so my fitter could work from them. Could not be more pleased or appreciative.
