Great customer service from Ellie & Marlon alway happy to help

Emily designed and suggested the most beautiful bathroom for our home. The expectations and quality of the service, product and fitting was great and I now have the best bathroom ever. Both Emily and Dmitri were on hand to answer any questions I had. Would recommend.

Our kitchen designer was Dmitri Mamajev couldn’t do enough for us very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Our kitchen installer was Mark Walker and his team, his attention to detail was excellent, everyone worked in unison didn’t have any problems made a lovely job. The customer service team kept in touch through out the process. We would recommend Wickes

Marlon was very helpful and friendly he took me to every thing I needed and was happy to help

I made two visits to the Derby store within two days and each time I was either helped by the same member of staff, first time she helped me find what I needed the second time she was on the checkout. Each time I found her to be very pleasant and friendly and also very professional. The staff members name was Sandie Grey.

Popped in desperate for a replacement part for my toilet couldn't find anything so we asked Marlon for help and he was brilliant found exactly what we needed took him about 10 minutes and it was only £2 but he went above and beyond what I was expecting

Went in to look for a certain Dulux paint which we hadn’t been able to locate anywhere.. Asked the lady on the cash desk about being able to get it and we came out with the exact paint in a smaller tin( which was all we needed). Linda had offered to mix it for us. Brilliant.

I returned 3 boxes of tiles that was no longer required and the staff at Wickes made the returns process so easy.
They took the tiles and receipt off me when I got to the till and within 2 minutes I was on way back out and off to work.

We had a ‘design appointment booked’ at our property, I got a call earlier in the day to confirm my appointment I asked if he would be giving me a price on the day to design the whole thing he said absolutely Wickes are the only company that can do that! Brilliant we were super excited. He came measured told me no he doesn’t do the design on the day I would have to go to the store and pick what I wanted, which I did the next day. He told me to email what I wanted which I did to be told I need to go in store for a two hour appointment. I told him we have a lot on so we would need to wait a while until we had time. We last minute found time and booked an appointment online, I got a phone call that morning from a lovely lady who wanted to confirm if we were bringing our own measurements I said no someone had already been out to measure she popped me on hold and then the original man who measured up he came on the phone talking to me as if I was a child saying you can’t book an appointment with my colleague you are only allowed to see me that’s not how this works and he was rather forceful with his words. I work in sales myself so from my point of view he was only thinking about the commission not the needs of the business to get another customer over the line! I told him to cancel my appointment and remove me from the system as this service was disgusting and no one should be spoken to like that. Kitchens are not cheap and service like this can put you off instantly! Do not recommend Wickes if these are the sales people they hire.

We had a fantastic experience at Wickes and wanted to give a special mention to both Bev and Ashley for their brilliant customer service.

Bev was so friendly and welcoming when serving us at the tills and made everything really easy and stress-free. She was lovely to deal with and made the checkout experience so much more pleasant.

Ashley also went above and beyond when helping us choose pebbles for our garden on Saturday. He was extremely knowledgeable, talked us through the different options and gave us lots of useful tips on how to lay them and which would be the best choice for our garden. He was incredibly helpful and even helped us load the bags into the car as they were so heavy.

It’s refreshing to receive such genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service. Both Bev and Ashley are a real credit to Wickes — thank you for making our visit such a positive experience! 😊

I had an extremely positive visit to your Derby store today. I was looking for vinyl flooring and white paint. The first person who helped me (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) spent a really long time with me working out which type of flooring and underlay would be best for the project I was working on. I then went to find some paint and James was incredibly helpful. He suggested an alternative solution to the paint I was looking for and it was much more cost effective. He was patient, interested and genuinely wanted to help. I felt the customer service was really excellent and I didn’t feel rushed or a burden which I have often felt recently in other DIY stores! Thank you for an excellent service, I will be returning!

We were served by reece and from the minute we entered the store we were met with friendliness and attention. Reece ensured that everything we wanted in our new kitchen and utility was provided. He made sure we had several lunes of communication open to access him should wr have any further questions or needed help

An online purchase that turned out to not be what I expected was expertly dealt with by “Chevie”. A highly personable lady who calmly and politely refunded my purchase money and closed the transaction without fuss or ado. Much appreciated by me, and why I’m a fan of Wickes.

Visited the derby store today and just want to give a shout out to Chevie, very helpful nothing was too much for her and she knows her stuff! Shes a Credit to your company!

Amazing service all staff very chatty and friendly. I needed quite a lot of stuff and paints and colours made up. Cherie who helped me was brilliant full of knowledge very friendly and nothing was a problem even though I was un decided on what colours she was very patient too nothing was a problem.
