Taking advantage of customers
So upset to receive a parking ticket for visiting the store in Erith. We have been working on a months long garden renovation project, where we have ordered most of the materials from Wickes and had a really good and reliable service. On this occasion we spent a couple of hours in the Erith store, looking at fencing panels, and measuring timber and brackets so we could plan a large delivery of materials. Yesterday I received a £100 fine through the post saying I stayed 20 minutes too long in the car park. How can you fine your customers for visiting your stores? It's outrageous and very upsetting to be a loyal customer and be penalised for spending time looking at products to buy from you.

Terrible customer service
The whole experience, from ordering online, checkout and collection notification from Wickes is and has always been very satisfactory.
However, when I actually went to collect my order, the two women that assisted (for lack of a better word) were just so unprofessional.
They weren’t welcoming at all, leaving the counter without explanation and just leaving me standing there without knowing what was going on. Not one smile or pleasantry, the looks on their faces was just pure rudeness and their communication was extremely poor and minimal at that. I clocked straight away and saw things for what they were. I usually collect from another store but they didn’t have what I wanted so I had to go to Erith. Never again, especially if I have to deal with those two rotund, boor individuals.

Bespoke bathroom service
We have purchased a replacement bathroom using the bespoke service. Danny, the planner, has been truly amazing. He has great knowledge and experience, but has also gone the extra mile to support us. He is a genuine asset to Wickes. Thank you Danny.

Debbie was amazing
Debbie was amazing. She pointed out there was an offer in kitchens and saved me £££. Really good customer service from her as I only asked her a simple question and she took time out to guide me the whole way.

We are extremely happy with our new…
We are extremely happy with our new kitchen from Wickes Erith. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had originally only gone in to buy a tin of paint but Sarina noticed us looking at kitchens and directed us to Danny who drew up the design for us and guided us through the whole process. The customer service team also kept in contact to make sure everything went to plan.

I came to wickes to get a stick with…
I came to wickes to get a stick with magnet as I dropped my van keys behind me van seat which I couldn't get to after trying for 2 hours. Wickes did not sell them!!! Some absolute gem called serina came to my rescue as she managed to get her hands in the gap!!!! She went above and beyond! Not her job at all but she still did it!!! If only there were more workers in the world like her! Thank you ever so much
