Wickes - Exeter Opiniões 

It’s now three weeks since Wickes and Homefront completely transformed our small bathroom. We are falling in love with the design and finish more and more every day! Creating the design with Becky Anne at Wickes was a joy; very friendly, attentive and collaborative to achieve our vision for a new bathroom. We were impressed with Homefront’s installation, and the finish is exactly what we would have hoped for. We would recommend - thank you!

Lora was brilliant throughout my journey of designing and selecting a new bathroom. She took the time to understand the type of thing I was looking for, and was well thought out in putting together the design. Lora was very good at talking me through the process, and patient as I considered alternative options.

BeckyAnne was competent and efficient, as well as friendly and helpful. She took me through the planning of my bathroom carefully and thoroughly, explaining the reasoning for choices and answering questions clearly.
If all goes well with the installation, I would definitely return in the future.

BeckyAnne was super helpful in planning our kitchen. Full of advise and recommendations but not salesy or pushy at all. Explained everything in great detail and if you challenged, clearly explained pros on cons of your suggestion. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Ordered a kitchen with the help of Becky Anne Williams who guided us through all the information about the style of kitchen we chose and the design lay out very professionally explaining and made it a very nice experience would recommend wicks

I had not made an appointment with Becky-Anne at Exeter Wickes in Sowton, I just dropped in to make some enquiries and she was very helpful and had no problems in helping with my enquiry. She was able to locate my order for my kitchen purchased in 2012 and use this information to order replacement doors. Becky-Anne advised that she would provide a quote in a few days, but by the time I got home, the quote had already been emailed to me.

Had excellent service with Wickes Exeter, we had Lawrence come to do the measuring for us and designed our new bathroom , the whole process was excellent and the fitters Hobart plumbing and heating were first class , they did an excellent job and we are so happy with the new bathroom , we highly recommend both

Beckyanne our design consultant was very professional and friendly.She listen to our requirements and produced an exceptional design beyond our expectations

Our ensuite bathroom was fitted by Wickes fitter Ben Angel. Ben went over and above when fitting the bathroom, nothing was too much trouble. Good communication throughout the work. Very pleased with the end result.

Awesome service from the whole team - Beckyanne really knows her stuff and helped us design a brilliant en suite, and Emil was a superstar installer who fitted everything to a super high standard

Wickes Exeter Bathroom design and fitting Rating still Zero. (15 months later) Hello out there. Is anyone from Customer Relations still there? Email and telephone silence yet again. No surprises any more. My previous reviews relating to a poorly designed and fitted bathroom last year still have no happy ending. Promised another fitting date of this week. Took leave from work to oversee it, and guess what, I rang the new fitter who had not appeared, only to be told their next available date is the end of June 2025. Apparently Customer Relations know this, but haven't bothered to notify me. Thanks again Wickes - as you say "Let's do it right". Tried to enter 27/01/2024 as the date my Wickes experience began, but it won't allow me to enter a date over 12 month ago. May need to update this Wickes! so it has to say 24/04/2024

Even though we hadn’t made an appointment at Wickes Becky very kindly managed to see us later that day. She was extremely courteous and friendly and came up with an excellent solution for our proposed breakfast bar. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to our colleagues and friends

Beckianne of the Exeter Wickes, is a wonderful designer. She is friendly and she listens to the requests of the customer. I cannot speak highly enough of her.

We recently had a new WICKES Kitchen installed.LEE ANGEL WAS AN AMAZING FITTER.He did an Excellent and Thorough job.He tidied up at the end of each day.We Highly Recommend LEE.MANY THANKS. THANKS ALSO TO BECKY-ANNE WHO PRODUCED A DELIGHTFUL DESIGN.

Absolutely amazing work. Laurence created a wonderful design in store. The delivery guys couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. Our fitter Lee has been outstanding. His attention to detail even on areas that won’t be visible demonstrates that he is a true Craftsman. Can’t recommend Wickes highly enough.
