They think it’s ok to sell gypsum…
They think it’s ok to sell gypsum bonding coat when the use by date is 4 months over ? The staff have no clue, I tried to educate them and explained the reason why it can’t be used but they just kept saying we will sell at a reduced rate!! I basically wanted one bag of bonding coat noticed the half of pallet of bonding coat on the pallet was out of date by 4 months. There was another pallet in the rake by the side of it which was in date by a couple of months. I asked if I could have a bag off that pallet but was told they could only sell me the out off date bonding cost. I explained you can’t use that and the reason why but they kept saying no. When I ask why the answer I got was “that’s not what we do “ unbelievable I was so frustrated because I had a rush job on and it was the only place open on a Sunday. I’m a professional builder of 44 years . They are a complete joke Lichfield Wickes . I will definitely not be using you again .

Kitchen
We have used Wickes to design our kitchen and our experience has been great. We had them come out to measure our kitchen and listen to our ideas and needs. The next day we went into store where a design was made for us. The design process was really good and we were given a design which was exactly what we wanted. We felt listened to and any amendments we had were no issues. Special thanks to Lynne who has looked after us throughout the process

Lichfield Wickes staff are truly smashing it …
Honestly cannot recommend the Lichfield store enough, the staff are so professional pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much for them, they offer best advice and always help when needed.
I visit the Lichfield branch daily, always a pleasure never a chore, keep doing what your doing 😊

Great Service from Hugo

Great staff !
We did not buy from Wickes in the end as we didn't want a flat pack kitchen but Lynne Smith our design consultant was very professional, answered all our questions and was very polite through the entire process. There was no hard salesman tactic which is common in the industry and can put you off but if there is anything we need in the future I will return wickes because of how she conducted her self

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, had a fabulous kitchen designed by Julie. Super happy with the service , couple of delivery issues sorted out very promptly and professionally giving excellent peace of mind 10/10

Pleasant staff and store
Visited this store for the first time as was in the area and had trouble finding sone products in store , I easily found a member of staff and asked where the pest control products were , the lady was very friendly and helpful and showed me where they were and if I need help with anything else , the store appeared clean and tidy , think lady name was Bev or betty .
Staff had good customer service ,
Will return to this store if I need anything again when in the area
