I recently had a kitchen design appointment with Richard. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything we needed. He placed the orders with me and contacted the supplier to arrange a quicker delivery as I needed it asap!

It’s quite nerve racking to make big decisions on your own but Richard really helped me out and everything that’s been delivered has been great!

From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable — nothing was ever too much trouble. He took the time to really understand how we use our space and came up with clever, practical ideas that completely transformed the layout.

Richard has a brilliant eye for detail and design, but what really stood out was his genuine care — he wanted us to absolutely love our kitchen, and we truly do. Every question, every tweak, every small decision was handled with such attention and kindness. The whole process felt easy and enjoyable, which is no small feat with a renovation!
