Wickes - Newport Opiniões 

Tried to order via Click and Collect but was unable to submit Gift Voucher code via APP. After spending time searching and adding 9 items to the basket and unable to complete , I was a little upset at the thought of walking around store retrieving items due to a torn meniscus which would have meant a great deal of pain . I entered the Newport store and was immediately met by an assistant called Mandy , who , in explaining my predicament promptly located all the items on the list with the help of Ian ( staff member) . They were so very helpful, I can honestly say I haven’t experienced that level of service in years! I am so overwhelmed by their prompt , efficient , no nonsense service I just felt I had to leave a review. But above all , they completed my ‘shopping list ‘ without showing the slightest bit of ‘inconvenience’ that a customer encounters by the average retail worker . I honestly feel Mandy is a great asset to Wickes and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Newport Store . By a real customer !

My second visit to this store proved as wonderful as the first. I have long Covid. I walked in and asked Jill for help. In no time at all, Kieron arrived. Pushed my trolley and we shopped the two heavy items I needed. Kieron was very pleasant, friendly and professional. I was out of there in record time and the whole experience was fantastic. Thank you so much.

Had an appointment for a kitchen restyle Such a relaxed and.non pressured experience. David listened to everything I wanted and.made valuable.suggestions when I was unsure. I was also given time to go away and.consider the design before having to make any commitment. I also feel confident that I can make further changes as I.reflect on the design

Made a kitchen design appointment 2 weeks in advance. Arrived at the store around 10 minutes early to be told the appointment was cancelled. No phone call, text. Extremely dissapointed. Will not book another appointment

Went into get some materials and wasn't sure about afew things. Ian approached and went through everything with us with what i needed, excellent customer service and customer care.

Always good value for money. The staff are always helpful and provide a good shopping experience. Would definitely recommend shopping here!

Visited Wickes today and found all the staff helpful and friendly in particular the chap on the till (Andrew) and Jake (I think) who was discussing solar panels with me

I came into Wickes on Monday needing help with decorating my lounge, I’m a single lady and honestly didn’t have a clue where to start, I fortunately was standing in the paint area when a lovely man came and asked me if I needed any help I was so grateful I told him I had never before done any form of decorating before and he helped me from start to finish explaining everything to me advising me what I needed showing me where I would find the items, he couldn’t have been more helpful I have many more projects to do so I will be back and I will be asking for him again as he explained everything so well and I left with my purchases feeling ready to start my lounge, I would very much like to thank Kieron for all his help and patience

Wounderful suport for the return of two doors from Jill and Keiron. Then a £210 saving on some flooring in the Wickes big sale. Fantastic.

I went shopping to Wickes Newport looking for some ideas to improve my garden. I was helped by several of the team who I must say were so friendly and helpful. One of them I think his name was Scott even took the time to provide product information, delivery options he really couldn’t do enough. Such a refreshing shopping experience

I just took delivery of an online order of 5 packs of uPVC bathroom wall cladding. These were delivered by XPC in opaque plastic wrap. On opening I found damage on all packs, some so severe that the fragile cladding cannot be used. If I could have seen the damage I obviously would not have accepted the delivery.
On calling Customer Service I was basically given the run around, contact them on the website, fill in the forms, submit the photos.. I am talking to customer service ALREADY on the PHONE, why can't she do the legwork with me to collect the items and arrange a refund?
I submitted the info as requested on Wickes website, which triggers an email to submit the info AGAIN by return, but, the email refuses to accept the photos as they are 'too large' so fingers crossed my original photos will be accepted, eh?

Is that what you call customer service Wickes? Your shoddy goods and service are impacting more than just the people you supply your damaged merchandise to. The job is time sensitive as I am installing a bathroom while client is away. This job will now not be completed and makes me look like I'm unprofessional, so I will return the sentiment back at you Wickes.
