Came in to the store today was looking for some fillers I must have walked passed the isle about 5 time a gentleman called mark asked if I needed help In finding what I was looking for, he took me straight to what iwas looking said if I need any help in anything else to come find him an he will help *5 star customer service from will defo be coming back

Staff was really helpful, Jay gave good advice on what product to choose and made sure to check if they had anymore stock while I was in store.

Very good service didn’t know exactly…
Very good service didn’t know exactly what I actually needed but I explained to one of the staff (Mark) what I was doing to replace a lock on my side gate and he went through and explained what I needed to do and best way to replace the lock which was very helpful

Samantha and her colleague were great
Samantha and her colleague - whose name I didn’t catch - were so, so helpful. I honestly had stopped going to this Wickes because I could never find anything or anyone to help. But this visit was completely different. Samantha and her colleague helped me find a long list of items that were all over the store and actually made sure I found them. Complete sea change to what I’m used to at this Wickes. I will start shopping there again after that.
