Will and Dave were particularly helpful in helping me pay and load items into the van.
Friendly, professional, courteous and very helpful. Made the experience a good one and a good start to the day.

After a mess up and failed delivery yesterday, I called the store as I was really annoyed (but not rude) I was helped, by Anna, Kiran & finally Lara who managed to put things right and get my itmes to me first thing this morning. The customer service was excellent and I want to thank them for their efforts and for putting right the mistakes made by their delivery service.
