Brilliant customer service from Wickes.
I was waiting on a delivery but unexpectedly had to shoot off, so I called the store to see if they could help. Manjit took my call and couldn’t have been more helpful. She contacted the delivery driver, Mike, and arranged for him to unload the delivery safely into my customer’s garage while I wasn’t there.
Mike was spot on as well and did exactly that, saving me a lot of hassle and keeping the job moving.
Really appreciate Manjit going out of her way to sort it and Mike for being so accommodating. Great communication, great service and a credit to the Wickes team. Exactly the sort of customer service you want when you’re a tradesman relying on deliveries to keep jobs running.
Thanks again to both of you — 5-star service.

Wow – what can I say? The team at Wickes Wolverhampton have been absolutely incredible, and we cannot thank them enough for their generosity and support.
A very special mention must go to Kiran Mehmi and the fantastic team, who kindly donated sand to Hurst Hill Primary School to help us continue developing and enhancing our Early Years Foundation Stage outdoor learning spaces. This wonderful donation will make a real difference to our children, providing them with more opportunities to learn, play, explore and grow outdoors.
Kiran is an absolute hero, and so are the team at Wickes. Their kindness, community spirit and willingness to support local schools is genuinely inspiring. It is amazing to see a business giving back in such a meaningful way and helping create better experiences for young children.
From everyone at Hurst Hill Primary School, thank you so much for your genuinely amazing support. We are incredibly grateful and truly appreciate everything you have done for us.
