Delivery is still not here. Not surprised though as Evri are rubbish. I’m looking forward to it being thrown at the house when [if] it finally arrives

Not great service for returns
I kept a few items but had to return three. Discovered you have to organise your own returns at your own expense. Items returned had either been tried on once for size and fit or only been taken out of packaging (which was not all intact) and at glance decided it was not the right fit / not quite what we were after. On return, two out of three items were refunded. The last item we were told that after careful consideration, they would not refund for one of the items returned but did not give any reason. After explaining that this particular item had not been tried on by my daughter( who took one glance at the item and denied to even consider wearing it), they still would not refund. Not impressed with their returns or customer service.

Ordered. Size 12 to 14 Mens trainers socks. Packaging is correct, socks are kids 12 size.
Now I have to pay for delivery to have them changed.

Is Wiggle the worst online sports retailer?
So sad to see what was an excellent sports equipment retailer go down the pan since Frasers Group got their hands on Wiggle.
I've been a customer for 10+ years and their DHB brand was always my 'go to' option. But my recent experience buying a simple pair of bib shorts means I'll never shop with them again.
The product quality was atrocious compared to what used to be on offer and when I returned them for a refund (I tried them on and they were too small) Wiggle refused to pay up, claiming I'd 'worn' them, How you are supposed to check the fit without trying them on, they didn't explain!
I sent a formal complaint but they refused to budge so sadly I have to post reviews like this to warn other cyclists to look elsewhere. It's indicative that Wiggle don't have any product reviews on their site and also have no documented complaints procedure. They really treat their customers with contempt.
I would strongly recommend avoiding shopping with them.
Really bad service left out of pocket
Ordered some bibshorts for wife and she tried them on but they were too small so returned for refund. Wiggle rejected return saying the shorts had a white mark on them and had been used. We inspected the shorts when they sent them back and no evidence of any marks. Also how can you use bibshorts with labels still attached? Wiggle refusing to budge and closed the case.
Will never use them again nor would I recommend them. Avoid!
no way back
Just after placing the order, there is no option to cancel it! And was very difficult to find a way to contact wiggle. I got the reply that nothing can be done since was already under processing! but I received the email only few days later that the order is being processed. Wiggle and the orders can be more approachable for customer
Good variety and reductions
I enjoy the Wiggle site as it has a few other brands compared to the rest of the European market. Even after Braxit they still deliver on time and for a fair price. When items are in the sale then they have excellent reductions. Thanks a lot. Best regards from Germany
Good products but poor customer…
Good products but poor customer service. I was unable to amend order prior to processing to correct a size error.
Poor delivery by Evri - booked to be delivered Sunday, suddenly delayed, then no notification about new delivery date (which happened to be Monday)

Impossible to contact wiggle…
Very disappointed it was completely impossible to contact Wiggle to explain that I made a mistake with the address -‘there was no obvious way to alter the address ( it was supposed to be a present ) . “‘Contact customer service “‘is impossible as far as I could see .
Ridiculous delivery and return costs!
Ordered 2x short sleeved mens jerseys, both size medium... One is too small and one is too large so I'm going to return them. Having paid £4.99 for the initial shipping I'm now having to pay the same (?) for the return; so, having I have paid out £10 for nothing!!
I WILL NOT be ordering from you again.

Trying to make a return, no phone number. Told to return items paying myself.
Fine, what do I put in the parcel? No delivery note.
Can’t do an online return so how do I know when it arrives it will be processed correctly and who do I contact if not?
This is not the wiggle I used years ago, looks like the items are Sports Direct or similar.
I will be contacting trading standards unless you respond to this.
I will also put a dispute in with PayPal.
Poor service
Having purchased an item that was the wrong size, I have now purchased the correct size. I find it unprofessional that Wiggle require me to pay to return the item and don’t facilitate a free pick up and return like other brands do.
Their customer service speaks volumes as does Wiggle’s lack of.
Product quality and value
Product quality and value , excellent, advised by medical staff to get back on the bike to help may failing knee's and hips. New shoes and shorts are helping with the comfort. I ride a 1996 KHS Ti no springs. Very lite , very rapid, even with a fat old bloke on it. If the delivery time was quicker it would be 5 stars.

Having last purchased from wiggle several years ago I was alarmed as soon as I saw Fraserplus ( sports direct) on the packaging. Customer service may as well be robots, for the price of the goods I am not willing to risk throwing good money after bad by paying for return of faulty goods. Avoid
