Packaging of the goods was incredible. Nothing broke during the whole move. Their customs team helped me with the forms and documents to export. No surprises so I am happy I worked with them

Have moved all around the world. Worst company ever
Have moved all around the world over 15 different international removals, from Ireland - Australia, and everywhere in between.
This is the worst company I have ever had any dealings with, only concerned with getting as much money from you as they can, I have never had to pay port handling charges with any company I have ever used as it is normally included in the quote.
Original delivery date was a month earlier than actual delivery date.
Keep away very clever conmen.
YES ITS YOU I HAVE THE PROBLEM WITH.

Empresa sería y comprometida. Solicite un traslado con ellos, el mobiliario no sufrió ningún tipo de daño,arañazos ni desperfectos. Trato al cliente muy bueno. La verdad que me dieron muchas facilidades con las fechas de la mudanza.

Me encanta el soporte que tienen y su personal multilingue
Suele ser muy exigente con el soporte técnico de las empresas. Con esta empresa me ocurrio que mis exigencias fueron totalmente satisfechas. La claridad en las respuestas a mis preguntas y la oportunidad de comunicarme con personas que hablan mi idioma fue estupendo.
Por último sin dejar de ser importante, la logistica que manejan es muy buena, realmente cumplen con lo que prometen.

Manipulative crooks
Sadly I can only confirm other one star reviews. They start out polite and easy, then as soon as they have your goods the endless demands for more money come in. They threaten to return the goods to a different port to be self collected, again with more fees. Everything is an extra and vastly inflated cost. Every ambiguous word in the contract will be exploited by them for more money. I've moved around the world multiple times and this is by far my worst experience. Avoid at all costs..

The company arranged the delivery in Spain of our goods that were shipped from the US.
At the beginning they seemed very professional. However at the time of the delivery we were told to pay almost 2000 euros extra and they held our goods hostage until we paid the extra demurrage and storage fees. They never called us back to explain the extra fees. It felt like extorsion.

Professional, efficient
Company delivered my move from NY in Madrid. Company was very fast and efficient. I received many emails explaining all the customs procedures and the inclusions and exclusions of service. Very happy about working them.

I moved recently from Miami to Madrid and the company in Florida International Van Lines subcontracted WillMove.
WillMove extorted money from me, they had me sign an additional contract in order to deliver my furniture. They refused to deliver my sofa claiming it did not fit through the door, charged me extra garage fee for my car, attempted to charge me storage fee for my sofa that they didn't even want to deliver and so much more!!
I had to pay a separate company with a tow truck to pick up my car and sofa (which very easily fit) and then WillMove had the nerve to claim that the tow truck company lifted my sofa with an outdoor elevator and fit it through the window, which is 1/3 the size of the door opening!
Here are a few of my emails with WillMove
Hi (XYZ)
First of all, so in other words what your company confirms after-hours is UNTRUE, because you all confirmed with myself and the tow-truck company 10:30 AM and you had them waiting for 1 HOUR.
As a consequence of that, they missed the next call and I had to pay an extra fee.
Another thing that (XXY) confirmed “after hours” was that the sofa was going to have a cover on it, and you REMOVED the cover, see photo attached (Sofa 1).
As a consequence of that, I am going to have the sofa professionally cleaned. I also had to pay a separate company for delivery of a SOFA that I ALREADY PAID International Van Lines/Will Move.
Oh and guess what, the sofa was delivered this morning and it VERY EASILY fit through the door. They did not even have to maneuver it around.. see photos attached (Sofa 2, Sofa 3). Your team did not even want to ATTEMPT to bring the sofa up. So you are in BREACH OF CONTRACT.

And here is my email to (YXY) of International Van Lines:
The contract says that you all need to deliver ALL my furniture, which Will Move did NOT. I paid Will Move 2 days of parking, long haul, 3rd floor delivery, etc.. and they did it in 1 day. I did not receive a refund for the extra day. They also began counting the storage of the car on the 15th when it was loaded to their warehouse in Guadalajara, even though the day the car was technically separated from the furniture was the 25th. They also DELAYED the time to send me the photos of the car that I needed to get a paper in order to get a temporary registration/ insurance etc.. Because as you know, (YXY) advised me to remove my Florida Car Insurance. So I was not going to move the car without insurance.
As a consequence of that, I was charged an additional storage fee for the car.
The contract did not mention that the car and sofa were going to be held all the way in Guadalajara, which is an hour away from Madrid.
As a consequence of that, I had to pay a separate company a larger fee for a tow for the Car and a tow/delivery of the Sofa from Guadalajara to Madrid.
One last thing, Will Move did not set up the vanity. They leaned the back of the vanity which has 3 big mirrors on the baseboard, so any slight movement can cause the vanity mirrors to break completely.
As a consequence of that, I am going to have to find a company to set up the vanity.

Dishonest common day thieves.
Willmove are not a removal company, they just make your move a miserable expense by holding your property to ransom and are bare faced liars. They used all outside contractors & vehicles to complete our move. All they had to do was pick our property up from the arrival port in Spain & deliver it to our house.
They were contracted by the movers in UAE - OCS Relocations also to be avoided & are quite obviously hand in hand with Willmove regarding ripping people off.
The owner (ceo), his son & there Spanish agent even forgot their own lies when they were scamming us for 1000Euros extra charges due Willmove apparently having no vehicles to pick up our container from the port. We spoke to the port & they informed us our container had been collected 5 days previously!
We then received the following email from the CEO/owner, 'Thanks and have been able to have an air view of the house and roads.
I have spoken to the trucking company we generally use and they have told me the truck will not be able to reach the residence and a shuttle will be required. The corners are too sharp and it’s a dead end street for a 20 meter trailer tuck it is too much. The drivers will not drive through the plot of ground in front of the residence as they are responsible for damages that may occur to the truck, tyres, etc.
The cost for the shuttle would be of €540 plus VAT, kindly advise who we need to bill for this extra.’
This ended up dragging on waiting for Wilmove to allegedly source vehicles & give us a delivery date which changed many times on the actual day they were supposed to arrive. When they eventually did it was dragged out over 2 days complete with uninvited guests coming out some boxes - snakes! Obviously, our boxes had been left outside whilst in the care of Wilmove & the snakes had got into some items which my wife had to deal with on her own.
How they are legally operating as a global company is beyond me.
No doubt, like all the other reviews posted publicly on many forums all saying the same thing I expect the ceo/owner will have no recollection of our contract either. Funny old thing that.
Dishonest, disrespectful common day thieves. That’s obviously me being polite on a public forum.
Absolute crooks
Absolute crooks. We did not contract them directly, they were contracted by our agent in Dubai, who I doubt will ever work with them again after this debacle.
From the very first minute it is all about demanding money. I really don't mind paying for a good service, and tipping for hard work but companies like WillMove come round very rarely (thank heavens) and they provide neither good service, hard work or customer service (with the exception of the guys who actually delivered the furniture).
This is the type of company you watch on TV watchdog shows that work out every way possible to squeeze every last penny out of you. In the end they fraudulently withheld money that was supposed to be refunded to us and the Dubai agent had to cover the broken promises of refunds that WillMove made. We did get our money back in the end but Will Move should feel ashamed of themselves for basically taking money out of the margin of their business 'partner'.
They claimed the distance from the delivery van to the door was over 100m, in fact it was 37m. They claimed the van would not come down our street yet on a daily basis we see bigger vans parking and driving down our street. They claimed they had come out to view the delivery site beforehand to put up parking signs, they didn't. Yet they charged us for all of these 'additional services' - over EUR1000 in total.
Please please please avoid this company unless you want to be sitting here afterwards writing a review like this.

Alejaros de esa empresa. La peor empresa de mudanzas (y he tenido que viajar ya varias veces)
Te dan un precio bajo, y te entregan toda la documentación al principio.
No confíes ya que son estafadores profesionales. Te llegará la mudanza, pero 4 veces más cara y ademas todo roto.
Pero todo cambia cuando empiezan a retirar la mudanza de casa. Son un desastre. Rompen cosas y no embalan bien, de hecho me han dejado de embalar la mitad de la mudanza. Y luego te cobran 4 veces más. Entonces o pagas o te olvidas de tus cosas.
Además, no se hacen cargo de lo que rompen, por mucho que contrates un seguro total.
Ya les he denunciado en la policía y vía jurídica. El abuso es total, tanto en EEUU como en España. Son cómo matones de barrio.
Y seguro contestan al mensaje, porque ya somos demasiados.
