Upon receiving your message on 10th September, confirming you required the package on the same evening. Our team member immediately upgraded your order on a next day delivery (£7.95) complimentary, to ensure your order is received via our quickest delivery option. Unfortunately we do not offer a same day delivery service.
We responded to your message via our chat service and an email was sent confirming your order dispatch details along with tracking information.

Beautiful products and very efficient delivery of our gift for a friend, who complimented the gift for both quality and style. I found many baby hampers to have a lot of unnecessary filler items or were too expensive, but Willow and Cole had high quality and practical gift options at a reasonable price.

You delivered the package without the greeting or any sign who had sent the package. We had to trace it through the family. I was very unimpressed.
