Very poor costomer service

Very poor costomer service, received goods that were not as described, emailed, telephoned and left messages but no one answers or get back to you. Finally after many calls I managed to speak to someone they said they would get back to me that same day but didn't 3 days later and still waiting.

Great products

First time using window cleaning stuff,products were great prices and well made, used them today and my windows looked amazing and streak free, order was made and delivered within the time specified. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be buying from them again when needed.
