I've been scammed
Waiting for money to be withdrawn and nothing yet for almost a month has passed

Can't close account and won't respond to emails and odds are not good lose every time even after couple of thousand

Awful site, quite clearly a scam.
Wagering requirements are insane. Games don’t work as they should. Customer service is non existent and they are rude and close the chat on you.
I have been trying to cancel my account for a month now and they refuse. Claiming I am a VIP and can not cancel without emailing. I have emailed and emailed with no response. This company should not be allowed to trade. Beware!

ive begged and begged winnercasino to close my account ive e mailed them ive sent messages on site but they wont close my account what do i have to do to make them close it

I have waited over 6 months for my withdrawl. Same rubbish excuses every day from support. God nos if I will ever get payed out. Stay well away from this site

DO NOT SIGN UP!!!
Absolutely disgusted with this company, they are the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.
No customer service, they take your money and do not pay out without you having to chase them.
Lure you in and you basically wave your money goodbye. :(
DO NOT GET SUCKED IN TO THIS ONE.
I wish it could be a 0 star review because they really do not deserve anything.
I had to practically beg to get my account closed! They just ignore emails.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Made withdrawal on 2 February and still nothing, contacted chat and allways same answer that finance department is still working on it

Don't play here, it's a scam. Read there terms and conditions you literally can't win because you are capped at lifetime withdraws of 10x your most recent deposit, they take months to process anything. The games don't play as they should (e.g wanted dead or a wild can 2 scatter and not land a bonus) I did 15 gates of Olympus buys and didn't hit a single multiplier and any bonus at all.
Avoid avoid avoid avoid

Yet another foreign site with dead spins, no bonuses or even bonus symbols showing. Played 200 spins at 20p per spin and not once did I see a scatter symbol.
Have given evidence to Gambling commission. My advice is lets get these sites closed by not depositing on them.

This casino are scam, waiting for my withdrawal more then 25 working days, always same answer for them

Received first withdrawal £100 within 2 weeks received £800 within 7 weeks now waiting on £300 to be approved for withdrawal it's not a bad site decent selection of games I don't mind the short wait as I know I'll recive the money. 14/5/23 no sign of my 3rd withdrawal unable to find the site now won't let the page load up so guess I'm not getting the 300 now haha but hey im up from my other withdrawals

Only using one star as it won't let me go lower.. utter shambles. Being waiting well over a month for £400+ winnings.. receive excuse after excuse on why it hasn't been processed.. it's a scam

Absolute scam do not sign up. It's more like loser casino than winner casino. If you want to deposit your hard earned money in this casino and be charged for it as well and never win anything then this is for you otherwise stay well away from this ridiculous rubbish casino.

DO NOT SIGN UP!!
I Signed up then checked trustpilot and decided against depositing, im harassed daily with emails, text messages and phone calls. I unsubscribed but they still keep coming, i contacted them directly but yet they still keep harassing me!

Toivon että nämä huijarit ja varkaat joutuvat vastuuseen! Todella ala-arvoista toimintaa. Chätissä selittävät samaa paskaa joka kerta kun käy kysymässä rahojen perään

Do not use been waiting a month now for winnings keep telling me they are still reviewing the account and that now they can take as long as they want to issue the winnings live chat rude and just cut you off without finishing the conversation

DO NOT USE THIS SITE

There’s not to say or review about this scam site that hasn’t been said already. Personally I should have know better, I did not check out this gambling site before J deposited my money. It took them 1 minute to take £250.00 and then had the nerve to charge for the transaction. Then they ask for verification of who you are and proof of earnings etc. etc.

As they wouldn’t verify me, and wouldn’t let me play any games, I tried to withdraw MY deposit back. You guessed it, still waiting 2 months down the line. I have had to chalk this up as a write-off now.

I will say though that i tapped a link off someone’s profile whilst they were playing slots live on TikTok. Now, if I see any profiles playing live on TikTok I comment on their live comments to warn everyone they are scammers.
